Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) left Salem after her breakup with Chanel DuPris (Raven Bowens). Allie and Chanel decided to spice up their relationship by having a threesome with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). But when Allie believed that Chanel was reconciling with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), she and Alex slept together again. When Chanel found out, she and Allie broke up and Allie left Salem.

When Alex slept with Allie, he was nursing a broken heart of his own. He made a terrible mistake in his relationship with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and she dumped him.

Stephanie moved on with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) but Alex hasn’t forgotten Stephanie. He’s still in love with her and that doesn’t seem to be changing anytime in the near future. Chad and Stephanie may be together for now, but it seems clear that Stephanie isn’t completely over Alex either.

A reconciliation with Stephanie may very well be in Alex’s future. But perhaps Chad won’t be quite over Stephanie. It would be easy to see a scenario where Chad decides to bring Allie home. Allie has been in contact with Chanel and indicated that she is in a new relationship, but that may have been a lie to cover up a big secret that Allie is keeping. Allie may have left Salem not knowing she was pregnant with Alex’s baby!

If Allie does return to Salem with a baby, it could impact more than just Alex and Stephanie. Chanel will also have to deal with Allie’s return and any feelings she still has for Allie.

But for Alex, having a child could finally give him a sense of responsibility that he has been sorely lacking. Allie’s return at just the right time could have a huge impact on the lives of several Salem residents. A new Horton baby would also bring a much greater presence in Salem.
