Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) fears that his wife will never remember the love they share. He tries to tell Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) their love story. However, it’s no use and Ciara still doesn’t remember. So, he goes to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Could hypnosis help Ciara remember as it did with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold)?

DOOL spoilers reveal that Ben can’t believe that Ciara doesn’t remember their love or relationship. He will try praying, pleading with Ciara, and getting advice from his friend Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash). Jake tells him that he needs to be proactive and try to get Ciara to remember those memories. So, Ben comes up with an idea to just tell Ciara their love story from the beginning up until now. However, it doesn’t go as he hopes.

DOOL Spoilers – Love Story Has No Effect

Even though Ciara thinks Ben is still a serial killer, somehow she allows Ben to tell her their love story. Most likely, he either has to promise to stay away after she listens or someone else urges her to hear what Ben has to say. In either case, Ben’s attempt to jog his wife’s memories doesn’t work. She has that same blank stare that she had when Ben tried telling her that they were married.

Days of Our Lives spoilers from the new issue of Soap Opera Digest reveal that Ben will go to Marlena for help. We can only imagine that he will probably ask “Doc” if she will hypnotize Ciara. If it worked for Allie then there is a chance it might work on Ciara, too. Marlena can always ask Ciara if she is willing. However, she will probably warn Ben that Ciara might say no and her decision has to be respected. You can’t force hypnosis on someone. There is also a chance that it might fail. We’re not dealing with her blocking out a traumatic memory like Allie was, it is the result of her brain being injured.

DOOL Spoilers – Will Hypnosis Help?

Even though it’s possible that hypnosis will help, we don’t think this story is going to wrap up soon. Soaps tend to drag stories on for a while, especially DOOL. Plus, Konefal is on recurring status and isn’t back full-time. The actress also does not have a contract so she can continue pursuing other interests and opportunities. So, it seems that she might go away for treatment for her particular brain injuries. If not, then we won’t see her very often.

Actor Robert Scott Wilson also explained that this amnesia story isn’t about Ciara and isn’t about “Cin” as a couple. It’s about showing Ben that he can continue living his life and moving forward without Ciara by his side. To learn that lesson, he’s going to have to be on his own for a while longer.

We imagine that when Ciara does remember, Ben might be in a new relationship, which sets up a love triangle. Fans know how much soap scribes love those! To find out what happens, we will have to keep watching the NBC soap.
