DOOL spoilers reveal that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Michele Serfaty) busted in on Eric and Nicole after their roll in the hay. At the time, Sloan didn’t realize it was the tainted biscuits that made Eric betray her. However, now Sloan stands accused of drugging Talia Hunter’s (Aketra Sevillian) breakfast biscuits for Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) bakery.

Even though Nicole ate the tainted biscuits and hallucinated, she appeared fine once the effects wore off. However, during the week of May 1, Nicole will double over in pain.

When Nicole suddenly bends over in pain while holding her stomach, Gabi will act fast. Gabi will put the pedal to the metal as she rushes Nicole to the hospital. So, the pain must be pretty severe for it to warrant rushing to the emergency room rather than making a doctor’s appointment.

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Eric and Nicole could end up with a miracle baby. As fans know, Nicole was told that she couldn’t have a baby of her own. Eventually, that led to Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) becoming a surrogate for Nicole and the now-deceased Dr. Daniel Jonas (formerly played by Shawn Christian).

Plus, a script teaser was leaked, which has Sloan asking Eric if the baby is okay. Eric replies that the baby is fine. While Nicole’s name isn’t mentioned, who else could Eric and Sloan be talking about?

If Nicole finds out she’s pregnant, Gabi might question why she’s not happy about it. Nicole could tell Gabi that she slept with Eric while drugged on biscuits. Nicole will probably admit that the guilt is eating her alive but doesn’t want EJ to question their relationship.
