Fans may recall Kristen and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) fleeing to an Italian convent a few years ago. Is this where Kristen is hiding out again?

DOOL spoilers reveal that Steve has been asked to find Kristen DiMera. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) wants to know if Kristen is responsible for framing him for Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) murder. Steve does end up getting a lead on Kristen pretty quickly.

However, there are other reasons to find Kristen. First of all, she is a dangerous fugitive who constantly finds a way to escape prison. Second, Kristen has a beef with several Salemites, and their lives could be in danger. Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) is one person who is on Kristen’s hit list. Third, Kristen attempted to kidnap Rachel DiMera (Finley Rose Slater), which means she could try it again.

DOOL Spoilers – Kayla Johnson’s Adventure

Steve plans on going to Italy by himself to find Kristen. However, Kayla worries about her husband not coming home. Not wanting him to go by himself, Kayla will insist on tagging along. Surprisingly, Steve allows his wife to accompany him. Head writer Ron Carlivati teased to Soap Opera Digest that the Italian mission would be a new “adventure” for Steve and Kayla.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Steve and Kayla go undercover once they are in Italy. SOD published a photo of actress Mary Beth Evans posing with Mother Superior, played by ER alum Ellen Crawford. In the photo, Evans is wearing a nun outfit, so that is clearly Kayla’s disguise. If Kayla is a nun, then does that mean Steve poses as a priest?

It is also teased that during the week of January 17, Steve and Kayla will be in grave danger during their mission. Kristen and Lani hid out in an Italian convent before. So, Steve might think that Kristen is hiding out in that same convent.

DOOL Spoilers – Meeting Mother Superior

Will Kayla be able to get information out of Mother Superior at the Italian convent? It is speculated that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is being held captive on a private island. So, Kristen might not be at the convent. However, Mother Superior might have some information that could prove to be useful to Steve and Kayla. If Kristen isn’t at the Italian convent, then how are “Stayla” in grave danger?

Could Kristen have her minions disguised as nuns? Or perhaps Kristen is secretly following Steve and Kayla as they search for the fugitive? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out!
