‘DOOL’ Spoilers Weekly Update May 4-8: Sophia Found, Alex’s Request, Gabi’s Bold Claim

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for the week of May 4, 2026. Viewers can expect Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) body to be found. Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) has a special request for Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins).

Plus, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) makes a bold claim. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Sophia Choi Found

Let’s start off with Sophia. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) told her she was going to fake her death, then did it for real! Of course, thanks to the suicide note, everyone will assume that Sophia took her own life. 

On Tuesday, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) tells Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) troubling news. This is probably that they found Sophia’s backpack and shoes as well as her prints on the bridge.

When Jada tells Amy that Sophia is dead, she might try to blame Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) or even Tate Black (Leo Howard).

Alex Kiriakis’ Special Request

Over with Alex, he has a special request for Joy. The man asks Joy to stay in Salem. That would certainly make it easier for Alex to help raise his daughter.

However, I wonder if Joy staying in Salem will complicate Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) new marriage even further. Plus, if Stephanie doesn’t want to be a mom, she probably doesn’t want to play stepmother either.

Later in the week, Stephanie vents to Jada about Joy’s baby. That’s right, she doesn’t vent about Joy, but the baby.

2 Recovering Salemites

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of May 4 reveal that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will get consoled by Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens).

A part of Johnny might blame himself, especially when he learns about Sophia’s suicide. However, later in the week, Chanel finally tells Johnny the truth about her mammogram results. 

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Kristen accuse each other. Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) reaches out to Javi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez). 

Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) tells Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) to keep her distance. It sounds like KAMAN might be over!

Also, Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) tries to reassure Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) as everyone gets ready for the will reading of Stefano DiMera (last played by Joseph Mascolo).

That will also include Gabi making a bold claim, which might be to part of the DiMera estate. Also, Gabi clashes with her daughter over Liam Selejko (Hank Northop).
