Rachel Black vs Sarah Horton Kiriakis
Let’s start off with Rachel, who confronts Brady and Sarah later in the week. The little girl has always been fond of Sarah. Of course, she doesn’t realize that Sarah was her mother for the first year of her life.
In any case, Brady and Sarah being platonic friends is just fine with Rachel. However, anything more and Sarah could end up like Chloe Lane (last played by Nadia Bjorlin) or Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

Marlena Evans’ Diagnosis
For months, Sarah has run tests on Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), but everything seemed fine. The psychiatrist’s symptoms didn’t go away, though.
After an incident at the Dr. Tom Horton (Macdonald Carey) Free Clinic gala, Marlena had to be taken to the hospital.
Then, Sarah got a call from the hospital cardiologist, who wanted to meet with her to discuss Marlena’s case. That indicates that something is wrong with Marlena’s heart.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of November 17 reveal that Mark will begin working at the secret lab with Dr. Rolf. They are working on Versavix, the same drug that saved Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) life.
However, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) mentioned that the drug had many other possible uses. With Rolf involved, it can’t be anything good!

Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) warns Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves). Meanwhile, Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) gives some advice to Chad.
EJ, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) talk about Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). With Sami engaged to a Vitali, I have to wonder if the trio will dig up some intel.
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) struggle with Baby T. It might be about time to call Javi and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) for help!
Also, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) goes on a date with Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews). I was not expecting that kind of pairing, so stay tuned!
