These men ended up using a crowbar to send a brutal and bloody message, but they attacked the wrong person.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gabi insists that Jake is really her dead husband. She won’t let it go and is determined to get Jake to remember he is Stefan. After looking into Stefan’s history, it gives Jake an idea.

It’s possible that Jake realizes that Stefan wasn’t an ordinary man on Days of Our Lives. He was an heir to the DiMera empire. That means unlimited money and it could be the solution to all of his problems. This explains why he had the mischievous smile on his face when reading the article about Stefan and Gabi. This explains why he told Ben that he was reading about his “wife.”
It will also explain Brandon Barash’s comment recently — that Jake could be pretending to be someone else who was pretending to be yet another person. Perhaps Jake is a stolen identity and now he’s going to impersonate Stefan. This means that it might be a long time before we find out who this mysterious mechanic really is on NBC Days.
