DOOL spoilers reveal that Nicole finally tells Eric about Mickey’s true parentage during the week of April 6. She has suspected for a few weeks that something wasn’t quite right. She will get to the truth when she tracks down Dr. Raynor (Victoria Platt) in New York.

It is teased that Nicole eventually gets Dr. Raynor to admit that Mickey was switched at birth. She will use this information and return to Salem knowing the awful truth.

It is indicated that Eric will say a tearful goodbye to the baby he thought was his biological daughter. He bonded with her and tried to care for her during the cancer treatments. He wept with sadness and then joy when she received her bone marrow transplant. Now, to find out that a six-month-old child was his, then to have that child ripped away from him a short time later is heartbreaking.
