Days of Our Lives Stefano says he had Steve kidnapped while on his way home to Kayla last year. Stefano also took over Steve’s body so he could come after Marlena. Steve did not want to divorce Kayla at all. Kayla didn’t want a divorce either, she wanted her husband to come home.
Kayla had no idea that Stefano had kidnapped Steve, she believed he willingly agreed to the divorce because he no longer wanted to be with her. Kayla thought Steve held her deal with Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash) against her. Was Steve forced to sign those papers or did Stefano sign them himself?

Days of Our Lives Kayla still has feelings for Steve. Kayla may claim to only care about Steve because of their kids but that is not the case. Kayla can protest her feelings all she wants but she has loved Steve for decades and a part of her wants Steve back.
Will Kayla admit to her feeling after seeing Steve bought into the hospital in the shape he was in on today’s episode? Will Kayla insist on Dr. Rolf (William Utay) removing the chip from Steve’s head? Can Rolf be forced to perform the surgery that will “kill” Stefano?

Days of Our Lives Steve still loves Kayla and always will. However, Steve could fear that Stefano has done too much damage for Kayla to forgive. Will Steve urn Kayla’s forgiveness after leaving her to clear his name? Will Kayla willingly give up Justin to have Steve back after he hurt her so badly?
Can Kayla distinguish between Steve and Stefano’s actions and forgive the man she loves? Even Justin says they have to fight to bring Steve home. Justin also seems resigned to the fact that he is going to lose Kayla. Will Justin walk away so Kayla doesn’t have to choose? Is Steve willing to bow out now that Kayla has found happiness with someone else?
Steve and Kayla are most likely still married, are either of them willing to divorce the other after all they have been through? Have Steve and Kayla been apart too long to repair their relationship?

She belongs with Steve! I just don’t see the chemistry with Justin. He’s always been there for her. He has never given up on her. He always tries to keep her safe from his adversaries! Even from his brother Jack! Steve and Kayla have had a lot of substance over 30 years. You just don’t throw that away!

That being said, Steve did NOT divorce Kayla. SHE initiated and served HIM with divorce papers. Its time to stop using Kayla talking points and speak truth. If you serve someone the divorce was YOUR idea. Kayla also chose to embark on a relationship with another and moved in with him so its not just a one night stand. This marriage ended due to Kayla. Blaming Steve is ridiculous. She always blames, she always abuses Steve and gets on a high horse. It is so wrong and its on her this time.
I’m looking forward to seeing Steve and Hope together because Kayla’s attitudes for a long time have been out of line.
He does but she is not there for him. She certainly shows no belief in him nor is she much of a loyal whatever.
