Kelly Thiebaud’s Very Short Stint

DOOL spoilers confirmed that General Hospital fan-favorite Thiebaud would be moving to Salem, but not for long. It was already teased that her stay on the NBC soap would be brief. However, nobody was expecting a recast this quickly. Mere days after news of Thiebaud appearing as Zoey, it was reported by Soap Opera Network that the character has been recast.

DOOL Spoilers: Alyshia Ochse Takes Over Role

Thiebaud will make her debut as Zoey on Thursday, April 16. However, actress Alyshia Ochse will replace her on Thursday, May 14. It isn’t explained why the role was recast, but Thiebaud is a very busy lady. She likely had other projects that would have interfered in her ability to be in Salem for longer than a month.

Sign Zoey Will Be Long-Term?

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Zoey might become a long-term character. Not only is she Evan’s lawyer, but tells Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) that she plans on suing for custody of David Ridgeway (Caleb and Kyler Ends). This will come as a shock to everyone, including viewers!

Her interest in taking custody of David seems to indicate that she is more than Evan’s lawyer. Could she perhaps also be his sister and another one of Orpheus’ (George DelHoyo) children?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What to Expect

It is teased that Evan will get away with murder and we mean that literally. He apparently gets off the hook due to Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) actions in the death chamber. She coerced a confession out of Evan.

While it did lead to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) being released, the prosecution has to prove that Evan actually killed Jordan Ridgeway (formerly Chrishell Stause). That will be easier said than done. With the confession thrown out, they have no solid evidence.
