3 General Hospital Unexpected Hook-Ups Fans Never Saw Coming

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that fans are in the middle of February sweeps, the very month when everyone should expect the unexpected. After all, sweeps months are about secrets coming out, mob explosions, and unexpected hook-ups, right?

Below are three Port Charles couples that weren’t on anyone’s 2025 bingo card to hit the sheets!

Unexpected Hook-Up #1 – Isaiah & Molly

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) had some scenes together a while back that seemed like a chemistry test.

The two passed with flying colors, which makes it a tad weird that Molly is currently in Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) orbit, while Isaiah continues to flirt with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).

Not that Jordan and Isaiah don’t make a cute couple – and the same could be said about Mody; however, many fans would love to see more sparks fly between the doctor and the town’s district attorney.

Unexpected Hook-Up #2 – Lulu & Chase

There wouldn’t be a more unlikely couple to hook up at this point, than Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

After all, Chase is happily married, and Lulu is still in love with her ex-hubby. With that said, if and when the Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanna Mazza) secret hits the fan, Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) ex-wife and Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase’s (Amanda Setton) husband could end up falling into each other’s arms to seek solace.

Unexpected Hook-Up #3 – Lucky & Kristina

Fans who would love to see Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) reunite with her “true love” Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) may disagree with this choice, but this is all in good fun (and the article shouldn’t be taken overly seriously, right?)!

There’s been some odd chemistry between Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Lucky, as he works as a bartender in her establishment, so could the two get caught up in emotion one day after Charlie’s closes?
