1) Sabrina Santiago
Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) was engaged to Michael when she finds was murdered. It would be harder to bring her back since she was murdered on screen, but if she were to come back, she would bring drama as she was the last person Michael loved before Nelle made a move on him. If she were to come back, she would probably try to get Michael back.
It would be interesting to see Sabrina come back on the scene, especially if she were to have a big entrance. She would also make a good friend for Willow, but at this moment, her entrance would be more inconvenient for the situation with Wiley, but it could make for much drama. Especially is she has a storyline trying to reconnect with her own son.
2) Morgan Corinthos
Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) would bring drama as well as some happiness into Port Charles. Especially now that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is in the midst of losing his father. However, the drama would be that he would be coming back to a life without Kiki as she has died. However, Ava Cassadine (Maura West) would want to start a relationship with Morgan once again, but Morgan will not be happy upon hearing about what Ava has been up to. This would bring drama to the peace between Ava and Sonny.

3) Dante Falconeri
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) would bring some drama to Port Charles as he would come back, wanting to pick up his relationship with Lulu Spencer-Falconeri (Emme Rylan). However, Lulu has started a relationship with Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson). This could either start a love triangle or would send Dustin to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
4) Britt Westbourne
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has already shown that she would bring in a lot of drama to the scene if she came back. She has already started a relationship of some sort with Julian Jerome (William DeVry). Her mother is also in prison at the moment so she could find out that she is innocent and try to help. Not to mention that if Spencer forgives his father, that Britt may find her way back with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).

5) Kiki Jerome
Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) coming back will also affect Ava the most because it would be a lot to deal with for the two of them. However, Kiki coming back could also start with a storyline of Ava seeing Kiki everywhere until she reveals herself to her. She may also be able to put an end to Ava punishing herself for Kiki’s death.

Sabrina and Kiki would be difficult to bring back except as ghosts, but Morgan’s body was never found. This would be good if they would bring him back, and Britt needs to come back too as well as Dante – but I’d rather see Dante pre-PTSD.

I want to see Dante and Britt back. I think that it would be very easy for them to return. They just need to come back to PC. I would also like to see Morgan. I mean there was no body that was found for Morgan. It would interesting to link Morgan’s return to Cyrus somehow. I think that Sabrina is really completely gone which is sad. I think that Kiki could be brought back. I think that Ryan has the skill to have faked her death. He was a member of the DVX at one point. I want to add one other that I would like back which is Drew. I miss Drew and have not been happy that Peter was involved with with happened to him. I miss seeing Drew with all his loved ones like Franco, Liz, Sam, Scout, and Monica. They do not have a body in regards to Drew which would make it easy for him to come back.
