5 Reason ‘General Hospital’ Alexis Davis Shouldn’t Get Her License Back When ‘GH’ Episodes Return

ABC General Hospital Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has committed a lot of crimes on GH. Alexis has other issues too that causes problems with her job. Does Alexis even deserve her law license? Here are five reasons why she should lose them.

#1 Alexis Davis Flaunts The Law

General Hospital’s Alexis used to be a mob lawyer. Alexis believes the law doesn’t necessarily apply to her or her children for that matter. Alexis has killed and lied about it. Alexis killed but Luis Alcazar (Ted King) and Keifer Bauer (Christian Alexander) and lied about their deaths. Alexis seems to think her crimes are above the law. However, she has tried to prosecute others that she used to work for leading to conflict of interest. Alexis has a habit of hit and runs incidences, just ask ex-husband Julian Jerome (William DeVry).

#2 Alexis Davis Lied For Kristina Corinthos Davis

General Hospital’s Alexis may have a hard time admitting to her crimes but she eagerly jumped at the chance to cover for her daughter Kristina Corinthos Davis (Lexi Ainsworth). Kristina was driving without a license and killed her unborn baby brother. However, Alexis lied instead of letting her face the consequences. This is just one of the crimes Alexis admitted to that she didn’t commit. Alexis also covered for Julian for Carlos Rivera’s (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) murder.

#3 Alexis Davis Crosses Ethical Lines Often

General Hospital’s Alexis is not the most ethical lawyer in Port Charles. After all, she married Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) who also worked for both Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Anthony Zacchara (Bruce Weitz). Alexis had an affair with Sonny while defending him as well. Alexis also had an affair with Mayor Floyd (John Bolger). The argument that ensued at the mayor’s house allowed Alexis to take the blame for Kristina when she ran Claudia Zacchara Corinthos (Sarah Brown) off the road. Recently Alexis had an affair with her former therapist leading to both of them having their license suspended. Ethics is not her strong suit.

#4 Alexis Davis Helped Kidnap Her Daughter

General Hospital’s Alexis tried to have her daughter Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) prosecuted for kidnapping Kristina years ago. However, Alexis was an active participant in holding Kristina against her will to keep her way from Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and his Dawn of Day cult. Alexis tends to commit offenses that she would go after others for committing. Alexis constantly acts like she is above the law.

#5 Alexis Davis Lied To The Ethics Board

General Hospital’s Alexis chose to lie to the ethics board against Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) wishes. Neil wanted to be honest in an attempt to protect both of them. However, Alexis ignored his wishes and lied. Thanks to Julian the truth came out and both Alexis and Neil got their license suspended.

Alexis’ lack of integrity proves that she doesn’t deserve to have her license reinstated. However, Neil also has to suffer because he cares about Alexis.

Alexis’ poor choices always seem to get her or someone she knows into trouble. Alexis shouldn’t have her law license reinstated because she has no respect for the law.
