By now, General Hospital fans know that Kelly Monaco is taking a short break from filming the hit ABC soap. And while there have been multiple reports suggesting that Kelly might or might not have had a difficult time behind the scenes with all of the new Covid-19 and social distancing regulations and guidelines, she’s taking a break from the show nonetheless. Her character Sam McCall has been temporarily replaced by actress Lindsay Hartley which according to some fans, might be a good thing. Here are five reasons why.
