General Hospital Alum Bryan Craig’s Cryptic Social Media Post Hinting at Morgan’s Return

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Morgan Corinthos’s name has been dropped a lot as of late, which is nothing new.

There are times when danger looms so much around Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) orbit that everyone needs to be reminded of what happened to his youngest son.

With that said, there are always fans wondering if Bryan Craig will ever reprise the role and if GH viewers will see Morgan return.

The actor recently posted something quite interesting on his Instagram account, almost teasing his GH character’s comeback.

IYKYK, Right?

Craig hopped on Instagram recently and posted something rather cryptic on his IG Stories. It was a photo of a black screen that almost looked like a part of a conversation from an iPhone iMessage.

The words ‘Morgan Corinthos’ was placed across the screen with a caption, “IYKYK” (which means, “If you know, you know”). The words “Today at 6:47 AM” were also visible, but slightly cut off.

Is Morgan Corinthos Returning?

Craig entered the role of Morgan Corinthos in 2013 and played Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny’s son until a car bomb explosion took him out in 2016.

He’s since reappeared in the show as a ghost in both 2018 and more recently in August 2024, when he stopped Sonny from jumping off the hospital roof.

With that said, just because Morgan’s passing seemed “final,” this doesn’t mean that the creative team at General Hospital can’t think of something crafty to ‘bring him back to life’.

After all, if Jake Webber (Hudson West) can return from the dead, anyone in the land of Port Charles can, right?

Still, there’s a good chance that Craig reprises the role for a quickie return and another ghostly scene where Morgan pays a visit to a loved one; however, which loved one would that be this time around?
