McKenna’s had plenty of good news to celebrate lately due to some One Life to Live reunions happening at the studio. Based on McKenna’s updates on social media, he’s been a happy camper thanks to some familiar faces.
For starters, McKenna reunited with his former TV mom from OLTL since Erika Slezak is now part of the GH cast and will make her first appearance as the week of September 22-26 winds down.
However, McKenna also posted a pic that was taken with fellow OLTL alum Jessica Tuck as well as his real-life mother behind the scenes. It turns out Tuck was back on set for a wonderful reason since she’s now serving as a director on the show.
“And the magic keeps on happening! #JessicaTuck has joined us! This is her first day DIRECTING! We’re so lucky to have her on board. #OLTL #GH #Megan #Joey,” McKenna said in his social media post on September 23.

Tuck and McKenna played siblings on One Life to Live, so they clearly had a blast catching up. McKenna actually posted about bumping into Tuck at the studio earlier this year, but this time she was there to direct her first GH episode.

When fans last saw Tuck on-screen, Cassandra Pierce was trying to kidnap Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) before getting caught in a boat blast.
Cassandra’s presumed demise happened back in 2019, but many viewers have never stopped hoping she might make a comeback anyway.
It doesn’t look like that’ll be happening anytime soon now that Tuck is sliding into this gig as a GH director, but we wish her the best of luck in her new role! Tuck certainly has tons of soap experience that’ll help her along the way.
