General Hospital’s Make Up Team Posts On Social Media

The ‘ghmakeupcrew’ on Instagram recently posted a photo of a very beat-up Drew Cain. With grgr_playlist’s “Messy Plans” playing in the background, the photo shows Cameron Mathison on the Quartermaine mansion set, with a red eye and a cut lip.

The caption reads, “#bts in addition to beauty, injuries are a big part of what we do every day.” They added an accompanying photo of Sofia Mattsson, who played Sasha Gilmore on the show from 2018 to 2025.

In addition, the caption had Cameron Mathison and Sofia Mattsson’s IG handles tagged, as well as hashtags #Drew, #Sasha, and #ghmakeup.

The makeup artist who worked on Mathison, Priscilla Castro-Preciado, and the one who worked on Mattsson, Jacklyn Quackenbush, were also tagged to the caption.

Is Drew About To Get Beat Up … Again?

Drew has done some dastardly things in the past, which have warranted some beat-ups, here and there. Both Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) have had their shots at Drew, causing the Congressman some severe facial damage.

As Sasha was included in the ghmakeupcrew’s IG post, and fans know Mattsson is currently filming on Days of Our Lives, playing a mysterious role, there’s a good chance that both photos are old ones, and nothing current or yet-to-be-seen on the horizon for either character.

After all, Drew is unable to move or talk right now, thanks to some meds his wife, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) injected into him.

The drugs have made it seem as if Drew had a stroke, and as she injects him with this medication daily, he’s locked into this “lock-in” state for the time being.

With that said, the ABC soap does film some weeks ahead of broadcast, so perhaps Drew escapes this nightmare … only to get beaten up? Only time will tell.
