General Hospital spoilers reveal an old villainess is about to make an explosive return to Port Charles, as actress Alley Mills reprises resident baddie, Heather Webber. CTS has all the juicy details, below.

The 4-1-1 On Heather Webber’s Return

According to TV Insider, Mills will return on the Thursday, November 5 episode – just in time for sweeps month!

The last time the character was on canvas was October 2024 when her son, Steven Lars (Scott Reeves) returned to Port Charles to escort his mom out of town. While she was reformed, she made too many people nervous.

Mills took over the role of Heather Webber in 2022 from Robin Mattson, who played the part, on and off, from 1980 to 2016. In addition, Georganne LaPiere and Mary O’Brien were others who were cast in the role, in the past.

Mills has won two Daytime Emmys for her work as Heather on General Hospital – both in the Outstanding Guest Performance category; one in 2023 and another in 2025.

Heather Webber’s Tumultuous Past

While Heather has caused a lot of damage over the years, her recent crimes were over the top. When Mills stepped into the role in 2022, it was revealed that Heather was the mother of Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), with the young woman’s father being Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).

Heather was revealed as the serial killer, “The Hook” who ended up killing Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and (at the time) Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) – among others.

While Heather was sent to Pentonville, she was released in 2024 when it turned out that a faulty hip replacement she had resulted in cobalt poisoning, causing her insane behavior.

This is when Steven returned, shortly after, and not much has been mentioned about Heather, since.

The core reason behind Heather’s “The Hook” killing spree was to get back at Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) for her rivalry with her daughter, Esme. Will Heather be a part of Trina’s current ‘stalker’ storyline? Only time will tell.
