General Hospital spoilers reveal Elizabeth going on with her life still missing the man who claimed her children as his own but then who never followed through.

General Hospital MIA – Where Is Lucky?

The last we heard about Lucky Spencer’s existence on General Hospital was January when Laura Collins mentioned him in passing, saying he couldn’t make it back to Port Charles for Luke Spencer’s memorial because he couldn’t leave the village where he was living in Africa, but what is his excuse for the last seven years.

The last time Lucky was in Port Charles was when Jonathan Jackson made a brief return to help send Anthony Geary off, welcome Genie Francis back, and find Jake for Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and return the boy home. Even when he found Jake, he told the boy he was his dad, as legally he is. But he hasn’t seen Jake (Hudson West) since and even has a biological son in PC named Aiden. We have heard Aiden (Enzo De Angelis) and Lucky have spent time on Zoom and Aiden even went to visit Lucky once, but how could he even see the man as his father when Lucky has had zero part in actually raising him.

Yes, Lucky Spencer is a worse deadbeat dad than Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) at this point, but one is a legacy character born of the most popular couple in daytime history, but who doesn’t live up to any of the leading man characteristics he once had no matter who was playing him.

If Lucky were to ever return, it would give Elizabeth someone she shares a deep history with rather than being saddled with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). And his relationship with his son, Aiden, could be explored, as well as his relationship with her other sons he had promised to raise but abandoned. Lucky even has a brother in Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and both of them will never be in the running for father of the year, but at least they could commiserate together.

Finally, Laura needs more of her children around. If Lulu Spencer Falconeri (last played by Emme Rylan) is going to linger in a coma, then at least let Laura have both of her sons. The show gave her brothers who are rarely seen, but that is not enough. Laura is too important a character to not have more of her kids in Port Charles and the show needs to make this happen.
