General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nelle will return to haunt her enemies. Nelle hates Willow and will show up in her nightmare. Nelle could be taking Wiley or even taunting Willow about her cancer. Perhaps Willow even taunts Willow about the baby she already lost. Nelle is nobody’s friend and will certainly be cruel in any nightmare.

Nina will likely be tormented by what she didn’t do for Nelle while she was alive. Of course, Nina had no idea that Nelle was her daughter so how could she have done anything differently? Perhaps Nina believes she should have been kinder to Nelle. Maybe she should have sensed a connection between them. Whatever the cause, maybe she will get a chance to make it right in the future. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) may get a visit from Nelle as well. Will Carly be prompted to tell the truth about Willow’s mother?

GH Spoilers – Britt Westbourne Is On The Way Out

Britt will soon exit as Kelly returns to Station 19 as Eva Vasquez. Of course, Kelly has announced that she is doing double duty until November. Hopefully, she will return after taping wraps up on Station 19. In the meantime, it’s hard to say what will happen to Britt. Fans hope that Britt won’t be killed off because she is a fan favorite.

Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is set to return in October. Hopefully, fans will find out who has been holding Holly hostage and see some meaningful scenes between her and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Holly and Robert were a hot couple back in the day but Holly’s choice to remain a con woman doesn’t bode well for them as a couple. Will they rekindle their romance for a short time? Will Holly leave town after telling Robert what she knows about her kidnapping and maybe Luke Spencer’s (Tony Geary) fate?
