General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that it’s been a hot minute since fans have seen either Nikolas Cassadine or Adam Huss in the land of Port Charles. The good news is that the actor will be returning to the soap the week of April 29-May 3.

GH Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine Gets A Visit In Prison

GH spoilers note that Nikolas will get a visitor while in prison. According to Soap Opera Digest (SOD), it won’t be his mother Laura Collins (Genie Francis), but rather his ex-wife, Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Why is Ava visiting Nikolas in prison? Is he wrapped up in her scheme of manipulation against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

Fans can sense that something is very wrong when it comes to Ms. Jerome working overtime to isolate the mob boss from those closest to him.

While she wasn’t seemingly involved in the tampering of his bipolar meds – that’s all thanks to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) – she is up to something.

GH Spoilers: Adam Huss As Nikolas Cassadine

Adam Huss first entered the role of Nikolas Cassadine in 2021 to temporarily fill in for then-Nik, actor Marcus Coloma. As Coloma got sick near the end of 2022 and couldn’t complete his character’s final scenes with the show, Adam came back in to wrap up Nikolas’s storyline.

While it seemed that Nikolas was dead at that point in time, he would return in 2023 and has had a recurring part with the soap since.

From being nursed back to health to being on the run, Nikolas decided to do the right thing earlier this year after he found out his son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) was presumed dead.

He abandoned his rights to his younger son, Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), and turned himself in to the authorities for kidnapping and holding Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) hostage during her final months of pregnancy. Now, Nik’s in prison, but what will this visit between him and Ava reveal?
