That’s because it seems like there are more and more fans out there who are Team Drew (Cameron Mathison) and it seems like there’s a good reason for it, too. General Hospital Fans Are Now Rooting For Drew – But Here’s Why

Here’s the thing: while everyone has a reason to despise Drew for the way that he’s behaved this past year, it seems like a lot of people have a reason to be more upset about Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen).

In fact, her fawning over Chase has become hard to watch so much that fans want to see Drew wipe the smirk that she’s been carrying on her face lately. But whether or not it will happen though, is what fans want to know!

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “Rooting for them to destroy each other which starts with Drew getting out the chair. So Team Drew for now.”

Another critic wrote, “I’m getting there. He was basically a white collar monster but Willow has surpassed him and entered into more of a horror story one, I’d say.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Yeah, I am team Drew now I think what Willow did was really it was awful. It was like kidnapping in a way. It was horrible and I know Drew’s no angel and he’s obnoxious, but what she did to him was evil.”

What’s Next For Drew?

“I’m ready for him to be out of the chair. He will be insufferable soon enough but I’m ready for the chair to be done.”

Now, whether or not Drew actually turns into a hero at the end of the day remains to be seen, but for now it does seem a little unlikely. Then again, anything can still happen in this fictional town of Port Charles, right?
