General Hospital Spoilers – The week Of May 3, 2021, Shows Brick Is Back In Action
First off, legendary sports journalist Stephen A. Smith is back as Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) security expert, Brick—just Brick, one name like Prince or Elvis, but he prefers Prince. That’s what he told Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) last week when they met for the first time.
How can that be? In all this time of guesting on GH, Screaming A. and Genie Francis were never paired onscreen? They are two legends and it was goosebump time when the show finally had them share a scene. Long overdue.
GH Spoilers: This Week Is Full Of Drama
Brick is a smooth-talking charmer with the ladies and a hardcore fixer all at the same time and he was back to help desperate Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) continue to expand the mess she is making of Sonny’s empire.
General Hospital comings and goings show he’s back in action, part of the cabal that helps spring shackled Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) from his hospital jail bed onto gawd knows where. If Sonny doesn’t come back soon he will return to a lost empire and an institutionalized wife. At this point, Carly isn’t acting much different than Peter August—craven, lunatic, and utterly on the ledge of saneness.

Kelly Thiebaud is off the canvas as Britt Westbourne. But it’s temporary. This week Brita goes MIA in a plot that was necessitated by the actress’s absence.

Apparently, she had a two-week hiatus and before she came back she got a false positive COVID-19 test. That meant she was out an additional 10 days. The show decided not to do a temp recast and wrote around her absence.
Some GH fans are getting rowdy over the pairing of Britt and Jason. They do not like this coupling at all and are still Team JaSam. Where do you stand? Let us know your take on Bason and JaSam GH fans!

I love Jason and Britt together. They have chemistry, and it’s nice to see some sparks flying when they look at each other. He and Sam were getting very stale, IMO.
I love Jason and Britt together. It is time out for Sam and Jason. If they go back together in a couple of months, Sam will be saying she can't handle Jason's life. Please don't put them back together.

I think Brit and Jason would be a fairly dynamic couple. Certainly more interesting than Jason and Sam who have actually spent more time apart than they ever spent together.
Totally agree! Jason & Sam had gotten so stale, I couldn't stand to see them in the same room together. Jason & Britt have HEAT! Bring it on! But I do not want Sam with Dante.
Im totally over Sam's superiority complex and am happy to see a Jason & Britt pairing! It would not be Basin ( that's just stupid) but, maybe Brason or Jasitt….Brason is better ….but just throwing a B ( by itself ) on Jason stinks!!
Brick Jason and Britt hope they go to Nixon Fall and Nina need to to stop hiding Sonny wants in for all. I quest Nina doesn’t really care about her grandson if she keeping Sonny a secret come on writer don’t keep dragging it out much longer. Let Sonny see anybody from port Charles instead of hiding him Nina need to stop or she lose her grandson. Let Nina have anybody come over she should be happy or keeping Sonny away from his family

If there has to be a pairing, I wouldn't want there to be a Brason or any thing of the same, just call them Britt/Jason – hate all the JaSam, type names.
Right? Cameron- overact much? I know he's much loved, I just see him over emoting his fanny off. Britt and Jason are fantastic together. Sam was as interesting as watching a saltine mumble sounds.
noticed msg came thru that britt's character will exit soon, will this be because she is going to die or is Kelly unhappy with her role in the storyline
writers don't seem to give jason any kind sign of interest in britt other than she is a good nurse/ looks like no romance brewing.
