General Hospital’s Ryan is very good at pretending to be a normal person. After all, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) thought he was ok at one time. Of course, at the time, Felicia had amnesia after witnessing Ryan murder his wife. Ryan became obsessed with Felicia and eventually ended up being sent to a psychiatric ward. Ryan managed to kill several women before he was supposedly killed in a funhouse while on the run from the police. However, Kevin discovered that Ryan was alive and put him into a mental institution, one that Ryan eventually escaped from. In the meantime, Ryan may have had an opportunity to have affairs with several other residents. Could Ryan have been housed in the same facility as Heather at one time?

GH Spoilers – Heather Webber Is Drawn To Crazy

General Hospital’s Heather has always been drawn to crazy people and Ryan would certainly fit the bill. Heather doesn’t resemble Felicia at all but the blondness could be an attraction. Suppose that Heather and Ryan had a mutual respect for each other and that was enough to bring them together in an intimate relationship. Could Ryan and Heather have created a child that turned out to be Esme? After all, Heather managed to hide Franco Baldwin (ex-Roger Howarth) for decades. Perhaps Heather or Ryan placed their daughter with someone on the outside but Ryan kept in touch with her. Could this be why Esme is pulled toward Ryan so strongly?

General Hospital (GH) Spoilers – Esme Price Could Be Doomed

General Hospital’s Esme could be doomed to be evil if these were her parents. With Heather’s obsessive actions that fans have seen through the years and Ryan’s serial killer instincts, Esme would have killer instincts. Esme has already proved that she isn’t beyond doing anything to get even with someone. Looks at how she planted Kiki Jerome’s (ex-Hayley Erin) badge at Ava Cassadine’s (Maura West) torched car. Esme also managed to attach herself to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) as well. Esme seems to have targeted Spencer as well as Ava. Could Esme be the daughter of these two mental patients? Is Esme doomed to the same fate as her parents?

There is certainly something going on with Esme and it seems to be connected to Ryan. Will the truth come out before someone gets hurt?
