General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) may wish she had kept her words to herself because they could come back to haunt her where evil Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is concerned. These two are going at it after Ava learns Esme “seduced” her husband Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). And truth be told, Ava has mentioned throwing Esme off the parapet so if that happens will suspicion turn to Ava?

Back in May, Ava talked of throwing her younger nemesis off the parapet. Now she has double the reason to do so and she may regret her choice of earlier words.

If we put two and two together, it looks as if Ava will be on the hook for Esme’s demise. She had means, motive and opportunity to off the pretty damsel, and Nikolas knows this better than anyone. This will set up a gigantic conflict between the spouses. Ava is furious with Esme and her lack of self-control is evident in the fact that she had a daughter while sleeping with a father-son combo.

And yet no one stays dead on soaps for very long. Nikolas himself was once presumed dead, and look at him now—sleeping with his son’s girlfriend!

So it may be that the writers will let Esme disappear into the waters for a while and then she will miraculously reappear. There is cause to think her story is not over as the show has gone to great lengths to make it appear that she is Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) daughter. Yikes.
