General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Curtis Ashford And Sam Get Closer – Discuss The Future

General Hospital spoilers tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will tell Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) that he’s looking for a change of pace, and also will confide his marriage troubles to her in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Curtis Ashford Is Tired Of Lies, Sam McCall Is Tired Of Danger

General Hospital viewers will recall that both Curtis and Sam, who were partners in Sam’s private investigation agency, are separated from their significant others. As for Curtis, he’s tired of lies from Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Sam split from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) because she’s tired of danger! Curtis runs into Sam and tells her he’s looking for a change of pace, and Sam tells Curtis she was too – tired of danger. Her worries about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and their son Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) having been in the Floating Rib close to the time that it exploded is what started it all.

There was discussion of going to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) Puerto Rican island, and that was it. Sam told Curtis that Jason hadn’t called her to let her know they were okay, and had left before the restaurant exploded! Curtis shakes his head. He tells Sam that Jordan and he are separated too and it is because he is tired of her lies. Jordan gone to lies as the first stop to every problem and didn’t even tell him when TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) had been kidnapped by Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) men and she knew he was in danger! If she had only let Curtis in on it, he could have helped and got TJ rescued long before he finally was dumped unceremoniously in front of the hospital in critical condition! Sam is aghast!

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Has Been The Bane Of Both Of Their Existences

Sam admits to Curtis that Cyrus has been the bane of both of their existences for far too long. Curtis tells Sam he wouldn’t mind doing PI work again, but she has to wonder if even that would be too dangerous. It has changed Sam, realizing that she cannot live the carefree but dangerous life she once did doing undercover stings of the type that she and Jason once did. She was on the front lines of the war so to speak and now she is a mom. Moms don’t put their children in danger, moms are supposed to keep their children safe.

Curtis wants a change of pace although the cop in him still wants to do investigations, and he knows he is good at it. Jordan has always considered him a layman and would not include him in anything. Sam is really involved in helping her mom now and trying to get her back on the wagon, but there have to be some things they can do their private investigator work in that are not so dangerous!

Sam mentions Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is not working either, and he was a cop also without his significant other. They strike upon an idea, if Dante wants in he can work with them too. Perhaps they can form a new partnership together and all three of them can work together! Sam can hang back and do more administrative duties in the new company unless a woman undercover is required on a case, and she can help Dante with his son Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan) too – Rocco and Danny are already friends!
