General Hospital (GH) Spoilers & Rumors: Franco Baldwin Uncovers New Drew Cain Mystery

General Hospital: Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) keeps hearing Peter August (Wes Ramsey) introduce Drew Cain (Billy Miller) to someone in recent episodes of General Hospital. The big question is – who could it have been?

General Hospital Spoilers – Here Is Who It Could Not Have Been

According to General Hospital spoilers, there are several people who we can reasonably rule out in an introduction of Drew. One of them is Hank “Shiloh” Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) General Hospital viewers will recall that it was Shiloh who kidnapped Drew out of Afghanistan and sold him to Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). We saw this in Drew’s memories when Franco was first implanted with them.

Peter was there too. So Peter could not be introducing Drew to either Shiloh or Helena; Shiloh already knew him and Helena was introduced to him when he was kidnapped. Neither could it have been Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake; (Kimberly McCullough) it was Robin who discovered Drew in stasis when she was kidnapped to develop a formula to resurrect Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker-Kelly). She thought he was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and that is why she returned to Cassadine Island to rescue him.

That is when Drew first came to Port Charles, and was first Jake Doe until he started getting some of Jason’s memories and no one could have connected him to Jason because he was hit by Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) in her car, and his face and throat were severely injured. Besides, no one except Heather Webber (Robin Mattsson) and Betsy Frank (Deborah Strang) knew Jason had a twin at that time. Franco and Drew were raised together for a short time as little children.

GH Spoilers & Rumors – Who Could Have Peter August Been Introducing Drew Cain To?

Now, we have to think who was likely around Cassadine Island, where Drew was kidnapped to, who Peter could have been talking to. One obvious person is Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roché). Jerry was running the lab where Robin found Drew and thought (understandably) he was Jason. Jerry hasn’t been back to Port Charles since Drew showed up, and even if he had, Drew may not have remembered him. Jerry wouldn’t have recognized him. Jerry wouldn’t have told Robin that the person she saw – which she was not supposed to see in the first place – was anyone other than Jason Morgan, even if he knew it was Drew.

That would imply that Jerry was there also when the memory transfers were attempted between Jason and Drew. As General Hospital viewers will recall, Jason’s brain wouldn’t take Drew’s memories although Drew’s brain took Jason’s. That is why Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was going to kill Jason after kidnapping him out of the water off the Port Charles pier after he was shot by Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) and Peter saved him from being killed by Faison, but put him in the Boronsky Clinic in Russia. Faison is someone else that Peter could have introduced Drew to but one wouldn’t think Peter’s voice would have sounded that friendly and upbeat talking to the father who he hated! After all, Peter’s reason for saving Jason was so he could kill Peter’s father!

Another option might be Victor Cassadine (Thaao Penghlis) who later was revealed as the new head of the WSB and heavily involved with a clinic in Switzerland where Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) worked, and later with the Crichton-Clark Clinic where Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was in a coma for twenty-five years.

Peter could have been introducing Drew to Liesl. However, Liesl wouldn’t have recognized Drew either when seeing him again in Port Charles, and she didn’t seem to recognize Jason when he returned either. Another person would obviously be Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) who performed the memory transfer to begin with. Andre seems to be the most likely person.
