General Hospital HOT Weekly Promo: Baby Donna Undergoes Surgery – Lulu Learns Shocking News

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that viewers are in for some gripping drama this week. There’s a new GH weekly promo out that shows the Corinthos family welcoming their newest little member, Donna Corinthos (Ella and Emma Hulen), to the fold.

Of course, Donna’s entrance into the world was a bit unconventional, as she has Spina Bifida and required immediate surgery after birth.

The promo shows some tender moments between Donna and her parents, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), as well as the family’s reaction to the news that Donna is suffering from challenges. Thankfully, it appears that her condition is relatively mild and can be addressed with surgery.

Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are shown in the promo looking into Donna’s hospital room, where she’s in what appears to be an incubator post-surgery. They’re looking happy as they peer into Donna’s room, so hopefully that’s a sign that the surgery has gone well and Donna can come home soon.

Next, the promo addresses a big secret that’s going to come to light this week. As GH viewers know, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) have been concealing the fact that Sasha isn’t really Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) daughter for the better part of a year. Valentin found Sasha and paid her handsomely to pretend to be Nina’s daughter, and Sasha has played the part well.

But there’s been a nagging problem for Valentin and Sasha, and that’s that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) also is aware of their secret. Valentin has managed to keep Liesl contained and has prevented her from telling Nina the awful truth, but according to the new GH promo, Liesl is going to inadvertently let someone else know the secret.

Here’s how it’s going to go down: Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will head to the ladies’ room at The Floating Rib. She’ll occupy a stall and be there undetected when Liesl and Sasha enter the restroom. They’ll think they’re alone, but Lulu will be listening to every word as Liesl tells an upset Sasha that “Nina must never find out that you are not really her daughter, you’re an imposter.”

Lulu will be absolutely shocked, but what happens next isn’t addressed in the promo and could be anyone’s guess. Will Lulu burst out of the stall and confront Sasha and Liesl about their big lie? Or will she remain silent and keep the information to herself? GH viewers will have to tune in this week to see how it all unfolds!
