General Hospital’s Marcus credits his former costar, Steve Burton (ex-Jason Morgan) for inspiring him to find balance and to make things work for him. However, Coloma’s comparison of his experience at the dentist to his everyday life seems to make sense. Coloma’s experience with the dentist and preventing cavities did teach him a work ethic.

Coloma came to the conclusion that doing a job halfway was not going to achieve the ultimate goal. Once Coloma changed his approach, things worked out much better for him. Leaving holes is certainly not the way to give yourself balance or to take away stress. Now that Coloma has figured out how to balance all of his tasks in life, there are no holes or cavities left to take away from the rest of his balanced life.

It seems that General Hospital’s Marcus has everything in order in his life, however, his alter ego could use some help. Nikolas has certainly made a mess of his life and his family. Nikolas has turned his only child against him by faking his death for three years. Nikolas cannot bridge the distance between his wife and his son either. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) hates Ava Jerome (Maura West). Perhaps some of Coloma’s tricks could be worked into Nikolas’ life to help him find a balance in his family. Will Nikolas ever mend fences with his son? Will Spencer ever accept Ava in his father’s life?
