General Hospital News: Hayley Erin’s Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists Canceled – Is Kiki Jerome Returning To GH?

General Hospital News: Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin)General Hospital spoilers tease that Hayley Erin’s Freeform program, “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” has been canceled. Could Hayley Erin come back to General Hospital?

As General Hospital viewers will recall, Kiki Jerome was killed by Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) as a twisted gift to his “goddess”, Ava Jerome (Maura West) who was Kiki’s mother. In more recent episodes, Ava was trying to contact Kiki in the great beyond via psychics.

Ghost Kiki appeared to Ava on August 22, but the two really didn’t get much straightened out between them. She was killed off when Hayley left the show to appear as Taylor Hotchkiss in the Freeform show, but it has been canceled after only one season. The powers that be at Freeform stated it just didn’t catch on like they had hoped, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

General Hospital News – Hayley Erin Would Be Open To Coming Back

Erin has been reported to say that she would be open to coming back to General Hospital. She had won the Daytime Emmy for her work on GH in the Outstanding Young Actress in a Drama Series. The question is, how could she be written back into the soap?

If she were recurring, she could definitely continue popping in as Ghost Kiki. She could also work out her relationship with her mother in her mother’s dreams, or as a ghost as General Hospital has done in the past with Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) appearing to Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson). She could even haunt Ryan Chamberlain in his nightmares; that would be a great storyline!

Kiki has been buried for a while, but the writers could get creative and bring her back to life in a Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) type story, or they could even copy a rival soap and bring in a mad scientist to give her a resurrection serum or something similar. Helena has been dead and back to life a few times, and so has Drew Cain (Billy Miller) when Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) thought she was saving his then unknown twin, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)!

General Hospital News – Kiki Jerome’s Twin Could Show Up In Port Charles

Writers could also rewrite the Drew and Jason story to have Kiki have had a twin who could show up in Port Charles. Twenty years ago, not all mothers gave birth while they were awake. Sometimes they were fully anesthetized, and they could write it that way so Ava would have never known she had a set of twins but only Kiki.

One could have been stolen, like Drew was! Kiki could also have a doppelganger (lookalike) show up, although in general a previously unknown twin might be easier to explain! Imagine Ava’s shock at seeing an identical lookalike to Kiki in the flesh! She would think she’d lost her mind for sure! It would be much better karma for her to show up at Pentonville where Ryan could see her, however.

So will Hayley Erin be showing up on our TV screens soon as Ghost Kiki or Resurrected Kiki or Twin of Kiki? It’s possible! Stay tuned to General Hospital and keep checking General Hospital spoilers frequently for all the latest news, updates and developments!

      Back from the dead….Baby swap….
      Who’s the daddy….And kill a child…
      Theses appear to be the only storylines the GH writers can write for….OH! I forgot….Arrest Sam, Jason or Sonny… And they wonder why GH has sunk so low in the ratings….I’d call for a boycott but they still wouldn’t replace the writers, they’d just allow our beloved GH to fall by the wayside. Sad. So sad…

      I wish they had not killed off Kiki because now she’s available to return. But I agree the writers only have a few stories in their quiver so we get the same tired old plots year, after year, after year.
