General Hospital News: Robert Palmer Watkins Joins The Walking Dead Cast

General Hospital: Robert Palmer Watkins General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Robert Palmer Watkins, formerly General Hospital’s Dillon Quartermaine has landed a recurring role in AMC’s The Walking Dead-A World Beyond!

General Hospital Spoilers – Last Time General Hospital Viewers Heard Of Dillon Quartermaine He Had Left Kiki Jerome For Another Girl Out In California

General Hospital viewers will recall from a few years back, in October 2017, Dillon left Port Charles for a film job in California, still maintaining a long-distance relationship with Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin). Their dating history had been fraught with infidelity, mostly on his part, Kiki first catching him with a girl named Darby Collette (Jesica Ahlberg). It would seem that Dillon took after his birth father, Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) although at least he wasn’t a serial killer like Paul turned out to be! Dillon had been working as the photographer for Crimson Magazine and had done some traveling when occasionally they would do overseas assignments.

But his heart had been in filmmaking, having spent some time in California prior to coming home to Port Charles. And he took an opportunity for filmmaking in California once again, only for Kiki to overhear another girl talking in the background that didn’t sound like an actress on a film set, and she dumped him and said final good riddance!

General Hospital spoilers reveal Dillon never returned to Port Charles and Robert Palmer Watkins never reprised the role of Dillon Quartermaine, as General Hospital viewers will recall. Kiki would go on to fight the sexual harassment of a dirty doctor at General Hospital while she was in nurses’ training and win, only to be murdered by Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) only a few months later.

GH Spoilers – Robert Palmer Watkins Returns To Television

Robert Palmer Watkins will return to television in the spinoff and second stand-alone series in the franchise, “The Walking Dead: World Beyond”. He will begin appearing in a recurring role in the upcoming season which is its second season.

“The Walking Dead-World Beyond” deals with newer mythology where the first generation of a surviving civilization learns to live in a post-apocalyptic world. The series description teases that two sisters, along with two friends (presumably male) venture out into the new world, leaving their place of safety.

They will be pursued by both those who want to harm them and those who want to protect them. It will be a tale of growing up, and an unfurling transformation across a terrain that is dangerous, where everything they thought they knew about the world and themselves, and each other, will be challenged.
