General Hospital News Updates: Ryan Paevey Was Robbed – Fan Fave Reveals Theft

General Hospital alumni Ryan Paevey, who played Nathan West from 2013 to 2018, took to Twitter to express his anger and disappointment after his things were stolen from his hotel room.

General Hospital Spoilers – They Have Lost Me For Life

General Hospital and Hallmark Channel’s Ryan Paevey expressed is anger and disappointment after a recent stay at The Sutton Place Hotel. It seems that Ryan was a victim of a burglary from his room while on a break. Ryan, who is usually a laid back guy, tweeted that “they have lost me for life.” Ryan, like most people, had a reasonable right to believe his property was safe in his room. However, he discovered that thousands of dollars worth of items were missing.

GH Spoilers – Ryan Paevey Makes His Own Jewelry

The former GH star has his own jewelry line which is not only designs but produces as well. Unfortunately, Ryan may have had some of his jewelry with him when his stuff was stolen from his room. Ryan also lost jackets and watches as well. However, the fact that the stuff was stolen was not what upset him the most. Instead, the uncaring response he received from the hotel was beyond his belief. The hotel administration simply wrote it off as not being their fault and offered him a bottle of wine and a new room.

If the earlier response to the former G.H. star was not enough, their later response infuriated him to the point of no return. Apparently, the staff sees it as if you don’t use their safe, they don’t care what you lose. If you cannot offer someone the peace of mind that their possessions are safe in your hotel rooms, why are you running a hotel?

Like other creators, Ryan works hard on his jewelry which comes from his company, Fortunate Wanderer. If fans have not heard of Ryan’s company, they have certainly seen at least one piece of jewelry on the G.H. set. Ryan gave costar Kirsten Storms a necklace before leaving General Hospital. Kirsten wore the necklace on the show during some of Ryan’s last scenes. Ryan does occasionally show his jewelry in a Twitter post if he thinks it’s something special. Recently he showed a piece that was created during quarantine that was already sold out.

Paevey, like other soap stars, has a fairly lucrative side business and is proud of his work. If his inventory was stolen, it is a shame that the hotel staff doesn’t appreciate his work enough to be more concerned. However, one cannot blame Ryan for vowing to never use this hotel again.
