General Hospital Next 3 Weeks: Sonny Confesses, Dante & Liz Date, Rocco’s Mess, Jason’s Goodbye Buildup & Kai’s New Gig

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next three weeks, March 2 to March 20, hint that your favorite PC characters are set to encounter obstacles, frights, and romance—let’s find out what is coming down the pike in March!

The week of March 2-6

First off, during the week of March 2-6, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) needs someone to care for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). She is now sitting in his Congress seat and tags Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) for the job.

She has no idea that Kai knows how she shot Drew, and he’s understandably sus about Willow. Will he uncover how she’s drugging her hubby?

Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) confesses more to his brother Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Last week he spilled about his attraction to ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), does he have more juice to spill?

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is at Wyndemere and wants to search the catacombs—what could go wrong? She has to contend with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Pascal (Marc Forget) if she dares venture down there but maybe she overhears something intriguing beforehand.

Carly has a bombshell coming up, does she hear Sidwell say something stunning to Pascal or Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes)?

At the same time, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) can’t get extra medicine for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and she vents to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about it.

Elsewhere, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) are caught out during a romantic encounter—does Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) witness her ex and her BFF’s closeness?

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) pressures Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to get intel from Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

The week of March 9-13

During the week of March 9-13, Nina could get an earful from Charlotte who previously overheard Nina and Brennan talking about her dad.

Are you ready for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to woo Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst)? Dante acts on his crush and asks the nurse out!

Willow finds herself awash in Congresswoman duties at the same time she must meet Sidwell’s demands, give Drew’s daily injections and be a mom to her children.

It’s a lot for anyone, and Willow is frazzled right now so we suspect she will seek some relief from her duties—will someone pay the price with their life?

The week of March 16-20

During the week of March 16-20, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) plays a part in one character’s departure. It could be that he spills what he knows about Valentin hiding out in PC, forcing his exit.

If this is the case, Charlotte may blame Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) for leaking top secret info to Rocco.

Then again, Jason is leaving PC, and it could be that Rocco sets his exit in motion. Jason’s departure will be bombastic and we predict that there’ll be crazy developments ahead that precipitate his departure.

When Jason leaves, Britt is left to her own devices; do you think she starts a relationship with someone new?
