JAX?
We think Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) can be safely crossed off the list of persons of interest, although he could have had someone else do it. He actually dove in to save Liesl along with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Liesl could be a valuable asset against Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Jax could be seen sitting in the right far corner of the darkened ballroom when Liesl went overboard. However, if he’s trying to cover for his brother Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche) and he is afraid Liesl knows something Jax doesn’t want to come out, it’s a possibility he could have had someone else onboard who did it.
VALENTIN?
Valentin gets blamed for everything, and he was missing when Liesl was pushed and also when she was saved. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was a bit frantic and wanted to know where he was, once she was brought back onto the ship by Curtis and Jax. Valentin would have motive, if he was afraid she would drunkenly divulge to Nina especially, that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is not her real long-lost daughter. He especially was concerned about her drunkenly talking to Jax! However, he didn’t hear her say anything specific to anyone but knew her loose lips could sink his ship!
Woman overboard! The question is: how did Liesl end up in the waters surrounding the Haunted Star? #GH is brand-new and starts RIGHT NOW on ABC! @gatitweets pic.twitter.com/r29F8voS1Z

JULIAN?
Julian Jerome (William DeVry) and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) went off together to talk shortly before Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) turned off the fusebox and drugged Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and drug him into a stateroom hoping to make a baby with him while he was drugged. Julian came back and interrupted that process, but Brad was nowhere to be seen. Brad was worried that Obrecht knew who Wiley Cooper-Jones’ (Eric and Theodore Olson) real father was, but as far as Julian was concerned, that would be Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Brad never told Julian the whole truth about the baby swap, either, only that there had been one!
BRAD?
Brad was real nervous, and as previously mentioned, went to Julian twice with his worries about Wiley and that the birth father could get him away from him and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes). He went off with Julian and never came back, and it appears that whoever pushed Obrecht may have been shorter than her, and Brad would fit that description, as well as having means, motive and opportunity.

I think it is one of the e ppl who know that Wiley is not Willow’s son. Brad who know the whole truth of Wiley’s parents. Or Julian who knows that the first Willey died and this Wiley is another woman’s son. He just doesn’t know who are Wiley/Jonah’s real father and grandfather. If he did know he may have thought twice about covering up Brad’s baby switch.
