General Hospital spoilers reveal Maxie continuing to try a romance with Autin Holt but he just may not be the man for her. They are not popular with fans but they could grow on people. But what if he is not the man for Maxie? If he isn’t, then who is? You tell us!
General Hospital Spoilers – The Case For Austin Holt
Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) certainly seems like a nice guy and he even gave up his claims to ELQ just so he can keep his job as a doctor because helping people is what he seems to want to do. He helped Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa Lo Cicero) with receiving an autism diagnosis for Leo Quartermaine and he certainly wanted to help Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) find her baby. However, that does not a romance make — for some.
Maxie seems to like him for the moment, but also seems to be going slow with him and maybe there is a reason for that. Will he grow on her? Will they grow on fans? That remains to be seen. Perhaps all this apprehension is because they do not belong together as anything but friends.
GH Spoilers – The Case For Damian Spinelli
Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Maxie Jones were once very much in love but it was Maxie’s lies that killed their relationship, Still, they share a child and he is single and still her greatest protector — a man who would do anything for her.
The question is — is there still anything between them or are they also better off as friends. Yes, Maxie has way too many male friends and not enough romance. That doesn’t mean she couldn’t have another romance with Spinelli if the timing was right and if Austin falls by the wayside.
General Hospital Spoilers- The Case For Someone New
Maybe it’s time or Maxie to just move on and maybe even use Society Setups and meet the perfect man that way. She had Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), but now he is gone and that relationship with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was her worst ever and it’s a relief that she is finally out of a relationship with a pure sociopath every fan hated. No one right now. The character tends to be flighty. She has 3 children that need a full time parent. I’d love to see Maxie take a step back, do some self-examination and mature.
Maxie and Peter were good together. Peter could and should have lived to get on the road to redemption for Maxie. Peter should have made amends to be a father to Bailey Louise and a step father to James and Georgie. The situation with Maxie and Peter should have been taken in a positive and vastly different direction.
He was way too bad to redeem! I was ready to shoot him myself. Do hope Wes comes back as someone else!
