‘General Hospital’ Recap August 26: Nina Threatens Brennan, Alexis Ambushes Willow & Josslyn Deceives Trina

Nina Stopped By Willow’s Office

Nina visited Willow’s office with an exciting invitation for her and the kids to join her on a long weekend getaway.

Willow was overjoyed at the idea-that is, until Nina mentioned that she wanted Jack to come along as well.

Concerned for her mother’s well-being, Willow insisted that she should avoid Brennan at all costs and played a portion of the recording where Jack had threatened her.

Nina was taken aback, horrified that Willow had secretly recorded the WSB agent, and pleaded with her to erase the recording.

However, Willow stood her ground, arguing that she needed it as leverage to safeguard her children.

Felicia Stonewalled Jack

In the meantime,  Jack had invited Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) to the Metro Court Gardens, hoping to get some privileged information.

Under the pretense of being worried about Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) safety, he inquired why Anna was so convinced that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was still alive.

The two argued at some length, with Jack defending himself that if he had known Anna was kidnapped and the WSB recall mission wasn’t real, he’d have intervened.

Felicia, not trusting Jack’s intentions, refused to betray her friend’s trust and stormed out in frustration.

Nina Stormed Into The Metro Court Gardens

Later on, Nina stormed into the scene, confronting Jack about his threats to expose her daughter.

With a fierce tone, Nina warned Jack that he had made a grave mistake and urged him to find something that Willow could use against Michael in their ongoing custody battle.

In return, he would receive the WSB funding he desired. Jack shook his head in disbelief, accusing Nina of being oblivious to Willow’s manipulative nature and foretelling that if Nina continued to enable her daughter, Willow would ultimately bring about her own destruction.

Carly And Josslyn Argued

In her hotel office, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was approached by Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who announced her decision to take charge of Jasper Jacks (formerly Ingo Rademacher) Enterprises.

Carly, skeptical about Josslyn’s sudden willingness to accept the role, suspected the WSB might be influencing her.

Without confirming or denying anything, Josslyn asked her mother to respect her choice, which Carly reluctantly agreed to.

Later, Felicia visited to express her frustrations about Jack’s attempts to interrogate her, and they bonded over their shared disdain for the WSB.

Felicia was taken aback to learn that Jack had enlisted Josslyn as an agent, suggesting that even if Carly couldn’t sway Josslyn’s decision, she still had the right to safeguard her daughter.

Tristan And Isaiah Got Acquainted

After volunteering at a free clinic, Isaiah and Tristan headed to the Metro Court Gardens to deepen their acquaintance.

When Isaiah mentioned his journey to Port Charles from East Africa, Tristan recognized it as the former domain of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and disclosed his past work with the WSB.

Isaiah was surprised by this revelation, prompting Tristan to discuss the “moral relativism” associated with his time at the bureau.

He gestured towards Jack across the restaurant. He noted that Jack was still actively involved and faced tough moral choices.

Jordan And Drew Discussed His Return To Aurora Media

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) met at the Gardens to talk about his return to Aurora.

When he inquired about her well-being after Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) turned himself in, Jordan cut him off, stating it was none of his concern since they were no longer friends.

Drew expressed his desire to regain her trust but was thankful to be back at Aurora. Aware that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) would dismiss his ideas, Drew asked Jordan to keep an open mind.

She agreed but emphasized that her priority was the company’s best interests. Drew reassured her that he wasn’t looking to disrupt things at Aurora, as his focus lay elsewhere.

Niina Publicly Threatened Jack

After receiving information from Felicia that Jack was at the Metro Court Gardens, Carly decided to head over to the restaurant in hopes of gathering more details about her daughter.

Upon her arrival, she found herself witnessing a dramatic scene unfold, as an infuriated Nina was causing quite a stir in front of Isaiah, Tristan, Jordan, and Drew.

With a forceful slap on the table, Nina unleashed her fury, exclaiming, “You better ensure that Willow gets everything she needs, Brennan, or the only one who will end up suffering the consequences is you!”

This pretty much ensured that if Brennan suffers a fatality, Nina will be possibly the only person of interest! There were abundant witnesses to the argument, and Nina was loud!

Alexis Confronted Willow!

Concerned that Willow might seek revenge against him and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) visited Alexis’s home.

He wanted  to clarify the events that led them to inform Michael about Willow shooting Drew, as well as his suspicion that Willow had attempted to kill Drew again.

Alexis reassured Kai that she had documented their confession months prior and would present it as evidence if Willow attempted to blame them for the shooting; she then advised Kai to avoid Willow.

Later, an enraged Alexis barged into Willow’s office, declaring that she had been aware since the trial that her client was responsible for shooting Drew and would no longer remain silent.

When Willow protested that she couldn’t do that, Alexis retorted with a smirk, “Watch me, Congresswoman.”

Josslyn Used The Code Word To Trina

After a lengthy studio session, Trina and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) headed to the pool to unwind with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

Trina opened up about her struggles with her father’s imprisonment and expressed gratitude for her music. Josslyn joined them, sharing that she was taking a break from the WSB to manage her father’s company while Jax traveled the globe.

After making a sarcastic remark about Josslyn’s luck, Emma confided in Gio, saying it was unfair that Joss could leave when the bureau wouldn’t let her grandmother go.

Trina questioned why Josslyn would let Jax manipulate her into stepping away from the WSB-Josslyn then used their code word, ‘popcorn’ and Trina backed off, but Josslyn appeared torn about deceiving her best friend.

Donna Told Michael A Secret

Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) felt let down that Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Sienna Goerisch) wouldn’t be attending the family barbecue with Michael.

After Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) imparted some advice to his son about navigating co-parenting with a difficult ex, their discussion shifted to Drew’s return to Aurora.

Sonny cautioned Michael to tread carefully, as Drew was targeting him and might use Michael as a means to reach Sonny.

Later, as Sonny prepared the grill, Donna confided in her older brother: she had invited Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor)  to the cookout because “she makes Daddy smile.”
