‘General Hospital’ Recap December 12: Britt Kisses Jason, Nina Catches Michael & Willow’s Alibi Collapses

'General Hospital' Recap December 12: Britt Kisses Jason, Nina Catches Michael & Willow’s Alibi CollapsesGeneral Hospital recaps for Friday, December 12 reveal Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) kissed Jason Morgan, (Steve Burton) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) saw something she couldn’t unsee!  And, Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) alibi crumbled after new evidence surfaced.

Britt Was Frustrated To Find Jason In Her Room

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) returned to her room above Bobbie’s and was frustrated to find Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) there, looking at her medicine.

He questioned how she was doing so well, considering that current Huntington’s treatments aren’t this effective. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

She informed him that she was on an experimental drug-unsatisfied, Jason insisted that things didn’t add up and wanted to know the truth.

He was concerned that if the supplier of her miracle drug stopped providing it, her symptoms would return. He theorized she was getting the medication in exchange for her work at the Five Poppies, which was still ongoing.

Britt Kissed Jason But Told Him, Not A Chance!

He noted that he knew Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) was involved, and maybe Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota)-Britt tried to change the subject but eventually asked what he wanted.

Jason said he wanted to test her medication so they could make their own and free her from whoever was controlling her, and they could also help others with Huntington’s. Jason then said, “I’ve never judged you, I’ve only tried to help.” then added, “I was there when you got your diagnosis; I found you in Croatia.

When you had that bomb on your ankle and begged me to leave, I stayed. I’ve never left you, and I won’t start now. So please… let me help you;” moved by his honesty, Britt jumped into his arms and kissed him deeply, then pulled back and said, “Not a chance.”

Nina Saw Something She Couldn’t Unsee

Nina was shocked to discover Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) about to have sex in her office, so she stormed out to give them privacy to dress.

Once they were clothed, Nina confronted them angrily and threatened to report them to HR, claiming this was sexual harassment since Michael was their boss.

However, Michael told her that he had already informed HR about his relationship with Jacinda when she started at Aurora.

Noticing a designer dress on the floor, Nina reprimanded Jacinda. She then turned  back to Michael to boast that since the police found another suspect, Willow would be attending the visitation hearing in January.

Michael Gave Nina A Warning

Michael cautioned Nina against taking revenge on Jacinda, and Nina agreed not to report them to HR as long as they promised not to have sex in her office.

After Michael left, Nina told Jacinda that if she cleaned up her mess and returned all the dresses to their places, she would overlook the incident.

She also reminded Jacinda that she was in charge and that if she wanted to leave her past as an escort behind and start anew, she needed to remember that.

Finally, she warned her that Michael would abandon her once he got what he wanted, suggesting that Nina was the only one she could really trust.

Willow Showed Up At The Quartermaine Mansion

When Willow arrived at the Quartermaines’, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) reminded her she wasn’t allowed there-she said the charges against her were about to be dropped and pleaded to see her kids.

Chase was glad to hear the police had a new suspect but noted the judge’s ruling wouldn’t change until the next visitation hearing. He warned that if anyone found out she sneaked in, it could hurt her case, but Willow insisted.

Before Chase could decide, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) entered and ordered Willow out, shocked that her husband let her in. She scolded Willow for asking Chase to break a court order on top of what he’s already risked for her.

Willow Left, Michael Arrived

Willow apologized for the situation but asked them to keep the visit secret-Chase agreed, and Brook Lynn was surprised when he assured her the visitation hearing would go well. After Willow left, Brook Lynn questioned how Chase could let Willow take advantage of him.

Chase insisted he wouldn’t let Willow see the kids, but she argued he seemed unsure when she walked in; Chase said he wanted to help his ex if he could. Brook Lynn felt sorry for Willow but advised her husband to step back-Chase acknowledged it was good she interrupted, noting it would have been bad if Michael had seen Willow there. At that moment, Michael walked in.

Michael Wanted Them To Sign Statements Regarding Willow’s Visit

They informed him that they had sent Willow away prior to her being able to see the children, which brought him a sense of relief.

When he asked them to provide signed statements for the judge concerning Willow’s presence, Chase refused. Michael inquired why it was challenging for the detective to be truthful, to which Chase responded with anger.

He stated that he had no intention of getting involved in the relationship between a mother and her children. As the tension between the two men escalated, Brook Lynn stepped in and pleaded for calm.

Nathan And Dante Made A Discovery

After reviewing some recent security footage, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) requested to examine Willow’s statement.

ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) entered the interrogation room with him and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and was taken aback to discover that the new evidence did not point to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

They presented her with the traffic camera video, which showed Willow in her vehicle on Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) street during the shooting.

Justine expressed that it wasn’t conclusive enough to guarantee a conviction, but acknowledged it would assist their case. Dante remarked that it also didn’t eliminate what they had against Curtis and inquired who she wanted to pursue.

Kristina Brought Takeout To Alexis’s

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) interrupted Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at home to bring takeout from Bobbie’s and ask about Willow’s case.

Alexis said the police might have a new suspect, which was good for Willow but not for them. She reminded Kristina that their deal with Drew about Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) depended on proving Willow’s innocence, which can’t happen if she doesn’t go to trial, so Drew might keep the restraining order.

Kristina doubted he would, but disliked that Drew was using this against them. They then considered how this might impact Willow’s custody efforts.

Justine Called Alexis About The New Information And Nathan Told Nina

Justine called Alexis to say they weren’t dropping the case against Willow and had new evidence to share. Dante and Nathan gave the acting DA the warrants she requested, and she told them to drop the charges against Curtis.

Nathan objected, but she reassured him they could revisit that case later; after Justine and Dante left, Nathan called Nina to come to the station.

When she arrived, he sadly told her that Willow had lied in her statement and new evidence placed her near Drew’s house, so they were dropping the charges against Curtis and proceeding with prosecuting her.

Outside, Justine gave Dante the approved warrants to access more security footage and asked if he would be okay testifying against his former sister-in-law.

Dante Gave Curtis Good News, Drew, Not So Much

At the police station, Drew said he thought Curtis shot him, but he didn’t want Curtis to take the blame. Curtis insisted he didn’t try to kill Drew, but warned that if he went down, Drew would too.

He told the congressman that if he went to trial, he would testify about Drew blackmailing Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and abusing his power against Stella Henry (Vernée Watson).

Drew doubted Curtis would betray Portia, but Curtis said his marriage was over, so he didn’t care. Drew suggested he could ‘suddenly remember’ what happened if Curtis went to trial, but then Dante interrupted; ‘Curtis, I have good news for you,’ he said. ‘Not so much for you, Congressman.’

Isaiah Visited Portia, But Trina Interrupted

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) visited Portia in the hospital and was happy to see she was okay-he invited her to rest at his cabin for a few days. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) interrupted, and Portia said Dr. Gannon was discussing treatment options.

He left, and Trina was relieved to hear nothing was wrong with her or the baby, asking, “When were you gonna tell me about that, Mom?”

Portia apologized for not sharing the pregnancy news sooner, saying she wanted to wait until the baby was safe. When Trina learned her father knew about the pregnancy, she hoped it would change things, but Portia said they had other problems.

Curtis Came To See Portia

Trina mentioned that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) showed up during her visit to Curtis in prison, which didn’t surprise Portia; later, Curtis came to the hospital and asked Isaiah about Portia.

Isaiah warned him that she needed to avoid stress and directed him to her room. Trina worried about her father being found guilty of shooting Drew, but Portia told her not to stress about it yet-when Curtis entered, Trina joyfully ran to him.

He confirmed with Portia that she and the baby were fine, then reassured her that he was okay and they were together with their daughter and the baby on the way.

Curtis invited Portia to recover at home instead of her hotel, and when Isaiah silently agreed from the doorway, she reluctantly accepted.

Alexis Has Bad News For Willow And Drew

Willow went to Alexis’s place, hoping to learn her charges were dropped-instead, Alexis questioned why Willow lied to her and the police.

She showed Willow footage of her in the car and warned that to avoid prison, she needed to tell the truth about the night Drew was shot.

Just then, Drew came in with news about new evidence-Alexis told him two videos showed Willow at the crime scene during the shooting, but Willow claimed she only drove by Drew’s house. Drew reassured his wife of his belief in her innocence, but Alexis doubted she could convince a jury.

“I will do everything I can to prove you’re innocent,” the attorney said. “But that little lie to the PCPD will make my job much harder.”
