Today On GH – Britt Cornered Emma

At the hospital, Britt confronted Emma and asked about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), but Emma accused her of faking concern for Rocco and walked away. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Later, Emma approached Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) for advice on how to assist Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) after his argument with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

Felicia had previously helped another father/son pair, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), to reconcile when they were not on speaking terms.

Felicia shared that she helped Mac and Cody realize their love for each other, and Emma responded that she thought Dante and Gio wanted a relationship, even if they wouldn’t admit it.

When Felicia advised Emma to find a shared interest to bring them together, Emma smiled, understanding how she could help unite them.

Ned And Brook Lynn Bring Tracy Up To Speed

AMP in the post

After her long spa vacation, Tracy found out from Ned and Brook Lynn that her son had a heart attack while she was away.

Although she was hurt that they kept it from her to prevent her from rushing home, Tracy understood Ned’s reasoning; he didn’t want her to argue with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) during a stressful time.

She joked with her son that he couldn’t die before her, and Ned assured her he wasn’t going anywhere soon and would change his lifestyle.

Gio brought fresh produce from the market, and Ned felt anxious as his family hovered over him while he ate an omelet.

Tracy took Ned upstairs for his nap, then thanked Brook Lynn and Gio for caring for Ned and expressed her happiness at seeing them bond.

Dante And Rocco Clashed Over Gio

Dante intended to take Rocco to the courthouse for his hearing so Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) could stay with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

However, Rocco didn’t want to be near his dad until Dante forgave Gio- Rocco got upset when Dante said he could have a say when he wasn’t breaking the law. To ease the tension, Lulu sent Rocco upstairs to change his shoes and then criticized Dante for being too tough on him.

Worried Rocco might take on more blame for the break-in to annoy his father, Lulu said she would go with him to the courthouse instead.

Outside, Charlotte told Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) that the police were wasting their time guarding the house since her father wouldn’t come there.

Danny Arrived And Charlotte Hinted At Going On The Run With Her Father Again

Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) arrived because he and Charlotte were going to support Rocco at his judge meeting, but Nathan thought it was unwise for his co-conspirators to attend. Later, Charlotte accidentally told Danny she wanted to help Rocco before leaving.

When Danny asked where she was going, Charlotte made him promise to keep it secret and revealed she got a message from Valentin to wait for him, which meant she might leave Port Charles.

However, she also shared that she wasn’t sure if she wanted to leave. In the past, she only relied on her father, but now with her mom, Danny, and Rocco, she would miss them if she left.

Dante Confided His Worries In Nathan

After Lulu and Rocco left, Dante told Nathan that if the hearing didn’t go well, he would feel responsible.

He explained how everything with Gio reminded Rocco of the resentment from when Dante left the family. Dante realized that even though he thought he was doing the right thing, he didn’t understand how much his absence hurt Rocco until recently.

Now, Rocco was pushing him away, which upset him. Nathan suggested Dante go back to basics to improve his relationship with Rocco and asked what he needed to do to make things better.

Turner Called Sonny To Her Office

Before Rocco’s hearing, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) called Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to her office.

She expressed her regret about Rocco’s situation at the detention center, especially since Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) was missing and no one could back up his claims.

When she hinted that Sonny might be involved in Dalton’s disappearance, he suggested she focus on Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) upcoming attempted murder trial and drop the charges against his grandson.

Justine countered that it wasn’t simple, as Rocco was also Mayor Collins’s grandson. If it seemed like she was giving him special treatment, the press would accuse them of corruption.

Ric Stepped Up For Rocco, He Was Sentenced To Community Service

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) heard their argument and went into Justine’s office-she wanted him to persuade Sonny that Rocco had broken the law. But Ric said without strong proof, they would be locking up an innocent kid, which he doubted Turner wanted for her career.

Sonny was in Justine’s office when Lulu and Rocco came in, reminding Rocco to be polite and respectful to the judge and not to argue.

After coming back from the judge’s chambers, Ric and Justine told everyone that Rocco’s plea deal was either 30 days in jail or 500 hours of community service, with the Acting DA making the final call.

They moved to Justine’s desk, where Rocco bravely admitted he was wrong to trespass and apologized for his actions. Justine, impressed by his words, sentenced Rocco to community service.

Kevin Crashed Sidwell And Laura’s Meeting

Sidwell asked Laura to meet at the Metro Court Garden, but she was upset he was showing her off publicly when Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove)  was meant to be their mediator.

Sidwell claimed their meeting was important because he was buying Sonny’s piers and wanted Laura to support the sale at a press conference. Laura hesitated, reminding him she opposed Measure C, but Sidwell twisted it, saying she opposed using eminent domain for the piers.

He argued this was her way of supporting free enterprise and that she should take credit for the deal. Then, Kevin arrived and took a seat.

Sidwell Tried To Make Kevin Leave

Sidwell insisted they were having a private talk and tried to send Kevin away, but Laura’s husband wouldn’t leave her with her extortionist. When Jenz dismissed Kevin’s accusation, Laura told him her husband knew everything, which Sidwell said was unfortunate.

He warned Kevin there would be consequences- not just political- if anyone interfered with the deal he made with Laura. When Laura reminded him she agreed to the deal without having to deal with him directly, Sidwell smirked, saying it was a special occasion… and she had no choice.

Kevin Warned Sidwell Laura Could Always Call Sidwell’s Bluff

Kevin disagreed, saying his wife could always call Sidwell’s bluff. He pointed out that there were limits Laura wouldn’t cross, and if Sidwell pushed her, he would support her if she chose to turn herself in.

Sidwell appreciated Kevin’s honesty and replied that he needed Sonny and Laura, but not Dr. Collins.

With a dramatic gesture, Sidwell prepared to leave, telling Laura he was eager for her press conference. Once alone, Laura cautioned her husband not to confront Sidwell like that again.

Jack Called Josslyn Into The Office

Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) told Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that the search for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was ongoing. But they needed to reach out to his lawyer, Barbara Saunders, for information on Sidwell and the Five Poppies.

Jack doubted Barbara’s existence since she entered Steinmauer with a fake ID, and her glasses had tech that blocked facial recognition.

After Jack told Josslyn to find out who Barbara really was, she said she’d start after visiting her mom. Jack wanted a full report, and Josslyn quipped she’d update him on Carly’s safety, but that was it.

Jack Called Britt And Tried To Leverage Her-Britt Turned The Tables

Jack then called Britt from a blocked number, insisting she come to the WSB office. When she arrived, Jack informed her that the WSB was looking into Prof.

Dalton’s research and knew he was sharing data with someone at the Five Poppies resort, where she worked. With Dalton gone, Jack speculated that Sidwell and his team were pressuring Britt-she tried to deny knowing Sidwell, but Jack revealed they knew she was involved with him.

He expected her to give up her data, threatening to tell Sidwell she was with the WSB the whole time. Realizing she had leverage since the WSB needed her, Britt refused to hand over her data and insisted Jack reinstate her medical license in return for her help.

Carly Took A Personal Day From Work Since She Didn’t Trust Valentin Alone In Her House

Carly didn’t trust Valentin alone in her house, so she took a personal day from work-Valentin was unhappy hiding there, away from his daughter, and blamed Jack. As he poured himself coffee and cereal, he reminded Carly he sent Charlotte back to Lulu because Brennan had betrayed him.

Carly thought Charlotte was doing well in Port Charles, but Valentin insisted she needed him, and he took his breakfast back to the attic. Later, Josslyn came with an angel for her mom’s tree from the Christmas market.

She wanted to get into the holiday spirit and suggested a Christmas cookie party with Carly and Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears)  that weekend.

Carly Convinced Joss That Valentin Would Want To See Charlotte, Not Her

Carly figured it was just a way for Joss to keep an eye on her since the man who tried to kill her was still out there.

She said if Valentin went to Port Charles, he’d want to see Charlotte, not her-Josslyn had to agree when Carly proposed baking and decorating cookies at her place. Once Josslyn left, it was safe for Valentin to come down from the attic.

Carly panicked about Donna’s safety when the fugitive asked about her younger daughter, but Valentin said the only one in danger (besides him) was Brennan. Carly questioned the plan to get Joss out of the WSB and Jack out of their lives for good.

Valentin Explained What Jack Was Really After

Valentin explained that Jack wanted the illegal tech Sidwell was creating from Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove)  work, and they needed to ensure Brennan was held accountable once the project was revealed. Then, Jack would go to prison for treason.

Carly was unsure how they could make Jack take the blame for something he didn’t do, but Valentin was confident Brennan would end up in trouble since he wanted the tech so much. “And when he does, I’ll be ready,” Valentin said, nodding his head.
