Today On GH – Laura Opened Up

Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) was shocked when Laura told him she had discovered Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) dead body in her car.

He asked for more information, and she recounted their fight gone viral on social media and the events of that night, which led to her finding his body and realizing he had been shot. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Kevin felt let down to find out she had contacted Sonny instead of the police, and he worried as he pointed out that she couldn’t report it now.

He then apologized for not being there to assist her, which forced her to seek help from the mobster. She insisted it wasn’t his fault and added that she trusted Sonny to handle it.

Kevin Felt Awful

Kevin felt terrible she had to go through this alone, and Laura cried as she hugged him for comfort; “We need to be honest with ourselves,” he said as they separated. “I have a feeling this isn’t over yet.” Kevin said, and he understood why she called Sonny for help, but he worried the person who set her up was still a danger.

When his phone kept ringing, Kevin said it was a young patient who had just come to the hospital-Laura urged him to go help them and assured him she would be fine.

Later, she was surprised by a knock at the door and, after looking through the peephole, got ready before opening it. Face to face with her visitor, Laura said sharply, “I thought you’d be stopping by soon.”

Portia Went To The PCPD To Back Up Curtis, But Left When She Saw Jordan

Portia reached the police station where Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was being interrogated. However, upon seeing Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) beside him, she chose to leave, sending a text to Ava Jerome (Maura West) as she exited.

In the interrogation room, Jordan attempted to undermine Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) theory that Curtis was involved in the shooting of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), questioning how Curtis could have obtained the murder weapon.

Nathan talked about how any of Edward’s gun collection could have easily been accessed or misplaced by anyone, since Edward’s been dead many years.

But then Nathan proposed that Curtis might have taken Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle) gun while he was at the Quartermaine mansion discussing business with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

Curtis Flashed Back To Hiring Ms. Wu For A Hit Job On Drew

Curtis then remembered telling Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to eliminate Drew in a way that wouldn’t link back to either of them.

Back in the present, Jordan was confused as to why the police were targeting Curtis when Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) was already facing trial for shooting Drew.

Curtis recalled Selina assuring him that she had the ideal person for the job, and it would be completed that night. When pressed to clarify what he was doing before meeting Jordan at the bar, an annoyed Curtis attempted to end Nathan’s probing.

While he admitted he didn’t like Drew, Curtis noted that others had stronger reasons to shoot him and accused the detective of trying to gain favor now that he’s back on the force.

Nathan Said He Just Wanted To Make Sure Curtis’ Alibi Would Hold Up If New Information Turned Up

Nathan said he wanted to check if Curtis’s alibi would stand if new info came up- Curtis claimed he went to the Savoy, but no one saw him there.

Nathan asked why he wasn’t with his wife, and Curtis reminded him Portia was at the hospital that night. Jordan questioned the relevance of this, and Curtis stood up, saying, “My personal life is not your concern. If you want to waste my time again, contact my lawyer. We’re finished here.”

After Curtis and Jordan left, Nathan called Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) to suggest they investigate Mr. Ashford further.

Later, Curtis had a drink at his empty club with Jordan, admitting he had to lie to the police but didn’t want to lie to her.

Gio And Emma Plotted Their Animal Rescue Mission

At the Brown Dog, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) was keen to ensure that Gio Palmieri ( Giovanni Mazza) was fully supportive of their plan to infiltrate Dalton’s clandestine laboratory.

Although he was willing to take the risk, he harbored concerns that it might be a setup, as the address had come to Emma in a manner that seemed almost too easy.

Emma speculated that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) had likely shared the address after receiving it from Dalton that very evening.

With unwavering determination, she was resolute in her mission to save the unfortunate animals that the professor had been experimenting on.

Ava Ran Into Nina

At a different table, Ava encountered Nina, who was still feeling upset about Willow’s marriage to Drew. Ava made the situation worse by revealing that she had informed Portia that Nina had named her as a suspect in Drew’s shooting.

Nina maintained that she only needed another suspect to divert attention from Willow, prompting Ava to suggest that she should tell Portia that herself since she was on her way.

When Portia arrived, she was annoyed to see Nina and felt deceived. Ava apologized and urged Portia not to leave, emphasizing that she and Nina should not be adversaries.

Nina And Portia Argued, Portia Admitted Her Pregnancy

Later, when Portia found Nina in the bathroom, Nina attempted to clarify that she was merely trying to suggest another suspect apart from Willow.

Portia retorted that she hadn’t even been considered a suspect until Nina spoke up-she was unaware of Portia’s actions that night, leading Portia to question if Nina believed she had shot Drew.

Nina reminded her that Portia had a motive but insisted that her intention was solely to alleviate the pressure on her daughter.

Portia acknowledged Nina’s desire to protect her child and pointedly asked, “What about protecting mine? And I’m not just referring to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). I mean the one that I am carrying.”

Nina And Portia Got In A Cat Fight

As Nina processed that shocking news, Portia believed that the knowledge of her pregnancy wouldn’t have prevented Nina from betraying her.

Portia said  she would go to any lengths to safeguard Willow, likely due to her belief in Willow’s guilt. Nina, unwilling to hear any further discussion, began to walk away, but Portia seized her arm and pulled her back.

Moments later, Nina burst out of the bathroom and headed straight for the exit, with Portia trailing behind. A huffy Portia informed a bewildered Ava that she wouldn’t allow herself to be Nina’s collateral damage before exiting in a huff.

Dante Lays Down The Law

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) was happy after a family football game, but her joy faded when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to avoid Gio.

Rocco protested, but Dante insisted Gio was a bad influence; Lulu tried to calm them down, and Rocco questioned if his mother supported this ultimatum.

Lulu reluctantly agreed that Gio was involved in Rocco’s troubles-Rocco lashed out at his father, likening it to Drew keeping Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) away from Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante). “Families should stick together,” he yelled; “Not that dad knows anything about that!”

When Dante asked for clarification, Rocco reminded him he had left their family twice; Rocco then stormed out, and Lulu stopped Dante from chasing after him.

Ric Visited Sonny, And Rocco Showed Up

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) visited Sonny’s as Thanksgiving ended, bringing a bottle of liquor as a peace offering-Sonny let him in.

Ric mentioned how Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) seemed to have reconciled and thanked Sonny for trusting him to defend Rocco.

Sonny, who no longer drank much, toasted with Ric and praised how he and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) were managing his grandson’s case.

Their conversation was interrupted by Rocco, who said he had left his parents and asked to stay. Sonny informed Dante and Lulu of Rocco’s whereabouts and scolded the teen for worrying them.

Sonny Told Rocco He Could Stay The Night

Upset, Rocco shared that his parents no longer want him to see Gio. Ric stepped away to give them privacy, and Sonny advised Rocco that he could disagree with his father, “but you can’t just leave.”

He mentioned that he didn’t always see eye to eye with Dante, but he understood Dante’s feelings. Sonny reminded him that his parents had every right to question his decisions, especially considering his recent behavior, and encouraged Rocco to show them that they could trust him.

Rocco understood that running away wasn’t the solution, but Sonny was pleased he had come to talk and told his grandson he could spend the night.

'General Hospital' Recap December 3: Bathroom Brawl, Laura’s Deadly Secret & Sonny’s Home Turns to ChaosLulu Delivers Some Tough Love To Dante

Back at her home, Lulu encouraged Dante to relax and allow their son some time to do the same. Dante inquired if she felt abandoned as well, and she confessed that the WSB mission and his later PTSD treatment did hurt her because he had distanced himself. However, she promised she never let Rocco see how it affected her.

Dante was confused about why things kept getting worse, and Lulu explained that they needed to be patient and understanding with Rocco. Dante also felt guilty for messing things up with Gio, and she believed his sons shared many similarities.

Lulu Encouraged Dante To Go To Sonny’s And Mend Things With Rocco

Lulu motivated Dante to go to Sonny’s in order to repair the relationship with their son by openly sharing his emotions and genuinely paying attention to Rocco’s perspectives.

She emphasized the importance of discovering a middle ground, particularly since Gio was not going to disappear from their lives.

However, Dante pushed back, expressing his concerns that he wanted to prevent Gio from negatively influencing Rocco once more.

In response, Lulu suggested that instead of pushing Gio out of Rocco’s life entirely, he should assist their son in comprehending the circumstances so they might reach a mutual understanding.

Sonny’s House Goes To The Dogs

When Rocco posed the question to Sonny and Ric about their feelings if they were informed they could never see each other again, the two men shared a laugh.

They acknowledged that it was a complicated matter due to their distinctive past. At that moment, another knock echoed on the door, and Sonny swung it open to an astonishing scene!

Gio and Emma stood there, each holding onto a dozen leashes, with a flurry of dogs dashing into the house! “What in the world is happening here?” Sonny exclaimed, his voice rising, as Gio assured him that he had a full explanation ready.
