Lucy Wanted Revenge

Frustrated that Ava Jerome (Maura West) came between her and Jenz, Lucy expressed her feelings to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about how Sidwell had turned her down after she issued an ultimatum.

She asked Sonny for help in getting revenge, sharing her belief that Sidwell was smuggling illegal items under the Deception brand.

Sonny recognized that Lucy was onto something but warned her it was a risky move, as Sidwell would likely anticipate her actions and hide his operations.

Lucy then suggested that she would fake a reconciliation with Jenz to lower his defenses, allowing her to spy on him and uncover the contents of the cargo. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

She also made it clear that she would let Jenz think she was willing to share him with “that man-eating… floozy, Ava,” Lucy complained.

Charlotte Warned Valentin

Charlotte quietly went to Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house to see her father. When she mentioned that Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) had persuaded her not to go out during the snowstorm, Valentin became upset that Danny was aware of his hiding place.

Valentin argued that they couldn’t trust Danny, but Charlotte responded that it was Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) they should be wary of.

She explained how she had overheard Nina and Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) discussing their deal.

Additionally, Charlotte mentioned that she had already shared with Nina that they had been in contact before realizing Nina was giving information to Jack.

Charlotte Explained Danny Would Keep The Secret

Worried that Brennan could begin to interrogate everyone connected to Charlotte, Valentin expressed that it was unwise to have let Danny in on the situation.

However, Charlotte firmly stood by her unwavering trust in Danny, reasoning that he too had a father engaged in perilous undertakings and was therefore familiar with the necessity of keeping certain matters under wraps.

While he felt a sense of relief knowing that Charlotte had someone to lean on, Valentin advised her to be cautious and not rely too much on Danny.

As they embraced for their farewell, Valentin took a moment to remind his daughter to prioritize her safety.

Jason Asked Danny Why He Lied About A School Project

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) asked why Danny fabricated a story about needing to learn the Cassadine family history for a school assignment.

Danny explained it was because he knew Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) didn’t enjoy discussing that part of her family, but admitted he should have been straightforward and asked about Charlotte instead.

He then confessed that he had kissed Charlotte while they were together at the gatehouse during the snowstorm, and his feelings for her had shifted from friendship to something deeper.

When Jason inquired about Charlotte’s feelings and whether she was okay with the kiss, Danny was taken aback to realize he didn’t know since they hadn’t talked about it.

Jason encouraged his son to reach out to Charlotte and avoid making assumptions about her feelings.

Trina Walked In On Joss Holding A Cigarillo

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was examining The Crystalline Conspiracy while holding a cigarillo in her hand when Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) came home.

But she pretended that the cigars were her study partner’s. As the roommates caught up, Trina revealed that her mom had spent the night in Josslyn’s room during the blizzard and they had a minor breakthrough, yet she remained cautious about trusting her again.

Josslyn suggested that being there for her younger brother or sister was a valid reason to reconcile with her mom. Trina admitted that she desired a relationship with her sibling, no matter who the father of the baby was.

Portia Went To Britt For A Paternity Test

At the hospital, Portia had Britt do a paternity test; Britt praised her for being firm until she was ready. Later, when Portia asked Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) for a cheek swab to see if he was the father, he questioned if she had given in to Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) pressure.

Portia explained that although her estranged husband had threatened court action, she was finally ready to find out the father’s identity after a long discussion with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).

Isaiah wished the baby were his, but he realized it would make things harder for Portia and Trina. She told him things had improved, so she thought it was time to prepare for her baby’s future; Isaiah assured her he would back her, no matter what happened.

Jordan Got An Email From Sidwell When She And Curtis Were Together

While Curtis and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) were enjoying a romantic evening by the fireplace, she received an email from Sidwell.

She mentioned that her boss had suddenly taken an interest in the infrastructure at Wyndemere, which made Curtis suspect that he might be hiding something at Spoon Island.

Jordan agreed that this was quite possible and voiced her frustration about not being any closer to taking Sidwell down than when she began.

Curtis reassured her that she would succeed, as nothing could stop her once she set her mind to it. When Jordan remarked that they shared that trait, Curtis sighed and revealed that in his frustration with Portia, he had threatened to obtain a court order to compel her to take the paternity test if she didn’t do it herself within a week.

Curtis Got A Call From Portia

Although he believed Portia was being unreasonable, after calming down, he understood that he couldn’t force her to take the test.

Additionally, he wanted to avoid any hostility between them if they were to co-parent. Just as Jordan suggested he contact Portia again, Curtis got a call from his estranged wife, who informed him that she had completed the paternity test and was awaiting the results.

After Curtis left for the hospital, Jordan remembered her confrontation with Portia. Portia had warned her that she would never be involved in the baby’s life.

Trina And Curtis Both Arrived At The Hospital

Portia had reached out to Trina about the paternity test, and when Trina arrived back at the hospital, Portia felt a surge of excitement.

Trina made the choice to not let their past issues interfere with her bond with her sibling. Trina consented to stay with her mother while they awaited the results, then Isaiah came over to inform Portia that the lab had received his sample.

The atmosphere became tense when Curtis showed up unexpectedly, expressing his gratitude to Portia for moving past their previous conflicts.

Shortly after, Britt approached the group and handed Portia an envelope; after examining the lab results, the expectant mother turned to face her daughter and the two fathers of her child.

Joss Told Jason About Cullum Having The Cigarillos And The Crystalline Conspiracy

Josslyn called Jason over and showed him the cigarillos and The Crystalline Conspiracy. She told him that she had seen WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) carrying the cigars and a paperback copy of the book with an inscription, which she quoted.

Flashing back to Britt’s warning that Cullum made it clear she was not to be around him, Jason urged Josslyn to tell him everything.

She explained that she had cut the power to Spoon Island the night of the blizzard to search the property; at Wyndemere, she ran into Cullum, who pretended to be the groundskeeper.

Josslyn noted while searching his coat when he was out of the room, she found the book and cigarillos-Jason shocked Josslyn by revealing that Cullum was Sidwell’s partner on Faison’s final project.

Lucas Was Surprised Carly Was Apologizing

At Wyndemere, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) was surprised by Carly’s statement that she was there to apologize, prompting Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and Jenz to leave the siblings alone.

When Carly confessed she hadn’t treated Marco fairly, Lucas questioned the reason behind his sister’s sudden change of heart.

Carly explained that she missed her brother and regretted not supporting his relationship with Marco, but Lucas responded that her words alone weren’t sufficient.

He wanted her to make an effort to understand his partner, as he envisioned a future for them together. He would only allow her back into his life if she accepted Marco.

Lucas Had Pascal Call Sidwell And Marco Back To The Living Room And Requested Privacy

Then, Lucas had Pascal (Marc Forget) summon Sidwell and Marco back into the living room, and when the butler lingered, Lucas requested some privacy.

While Pascal listened in from the slightly open door, Carly apologized to Marco for her unfair judgment based on his father and promised to support their relationship if he would give her another chance.

Accepting her apology, Marco assured her that he would never hurt Lucas, and a relieved Lucas expressed how much her efforts to make amends meant to him.

Happy about the family reunion, Jenz invited Carly to join them for cocktail hour, but when Lucas received a page to return to the hospital, she chose to leave with her brother so they could catch up on the ferry.

Lucas Heard Something He Wasn’t Supposed To

With Marco alone, Sidwell asked his son if he accepted the apology. Marco said he did, noting it was tough for Carly to say, which matched what Lucas had said about her.

Lucas, having forgotten his phone, entered the foyer and overheard Marco tell his father that Carly spending more time at Wyndemere could be an issue if she saw Britt coming in and out of the catacombs.

Listening by the slightly open living room door, Lucas was shocked to hear Jenz tell Marco that since they would keep Britt’s medication at Wyndemere, the doctor needed to finish their project to stay safe. Unaware of Lucas, Pascal was hiding in the hallway behind him.

Carly Brought Valentin Up To Speed

Meanwhile, Carly returned from Wyndemere and told Valentin she made peace with Lucas and apologized to Marco.

Although she hadn’t accessed the catacombs yet, the door was now open for future visits to Spoon Island. Carly disliked using Lucas, but she and Valentin agreed that figuring out Sidwell’s plans and setting Brennan up to take the blame was the only way to protect Lucas, Josslyn, and Charlotte. Determined, Carly promised to uncover what was happening at Wyndemere next time she visited.
