Alexis Grounded Danny
Alexis grounded Danny after he got suspended for fighting with another student over Jason Morgan (Steve Burton); Danny said he wanted to fight because he felt helpless when the WSB took Jason away.
Alexis urged him not to get into more trouble at school. Danny promised to behave if Alexis could perform another “legal miracle” like she did for Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and bring his father home, but she said they weren’t linked.
Upset that the WSB could make Jason vanish, Danny asked if he would see his father again. Alexis said she wasn’t sure and reminded Danny that he had many other family members who loved him and wanted to help him through his grief.
Curtis Visited Nina At Crimson
Curtis visited the Crimson office to get a report from Nina. She used this chance to apologize for her actions during Willow’s trial that affected him and Portia Robinson.
Curtis acknowledged Nina’s need to protect her daughter but stated it didn’t justify her actions. Nina agreed but pointed out that Curtis had also wronged her by telling Willow about her affair with Drew Cain.
Curtis apologized, saying he didn’t intend to hurt her, and Nina realized he had actually helped her in a way.

Curtis And Nina Made Up
Nina expressed regret that her wish to protect Willow might have cost her friendship with Curtis and apologized if her actions contributed to his marriage issues with Portia.
Curtis understood her motives and mentioned that his marriage was already unstable. Now, he and Portia were content with their new partners and focused on co-parenting their child.
After deciding to mend their relationship, Curtis and Nina shared coffee in her office. Then she expressed her frustrations about Willow’s role as Drew’s caregiver, which further connected her to him.

Molly Underwent Surgery
At G.H., Kristina supported Molly before her endometriosis procedure, and Molly apologized for missing Charlie’s Pub reopening.
When the nurse prepped Molly for surgery, Kristina went to Marco Rios’s (Adrian Anchondo funeral. After waking up, Molly saw Cody at her side, holding her hand.
Dazed from anesthesia, she praised Cody’s strong arms and sweet heart but later forgot what she said.
Cody teased her for being ‘adorable’ and promised to care for her during recovery; while waiting for Molly’s discharge, they planned a Caribbean vacation.
Carly Went To Sonny’s Before Marco’s Funeral
Carly visited Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) home prior to Marco’s funeral.
She believed it was unwise for Sonny and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) to go to the memorial, worried it might escalate into a mob conflict and complicate things for Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).
Sonny argued that he wanted to avoid any issues and that it would be disrespectful not to honor Marco, especially since he and Sidwell had reconciled over the pier sale.
Ric chimed in, stating that Sonny’s attendance would demonstrate he had nothing to conceal regarding Marco’s death.
But Carly foresaw that the mourning Sidwell would react negatively if Sonny showed up.
After Carly Left, Sonny And Ric Discussed Sonny’s Real Reason For Attending
After Carly departed, Sonny expressed to his brother that he wished he could reveal the true reason for attending Marco’s funeral.
But Ric pointed out that Carly didn’t need to be aware of Sidwell’s blackmail. Still intent on averting any escalation, Sonny was resolved to inform Sidwell that he bore no responsibility for the death of the man’s son.
Otherwise, he worried that the images of Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) found in Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) trunk would end up on Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) desk.
This would significantly increase the tension between him and Sidwell.

Lucas Vowed To Get Justice For Marco, While Laura Talked To Ava And Ezra
Before Marco’s funeral at All Saints Chapel, Lucas spoke to a photo of his deceased boyfriend, pledging to seek justice for his death, and reassured Jenz that his son had cared for him deeply.
In the church foyer, Laura informed Ava Jerome (Maura West) that although she hadn’t known Marco personally, she was present to fulfill her duties as the mayor of Port Charles and to support Lucas.
When Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) arrived, Ava went inside, leaving the two politicians to converse.
Ezra remarked on the favorable response to his and Laura’s joint press conference. He expressed relief that the mayor had reconsidered her stance on distancing herself from Sonny.

Jordan Updated Sidwell
Meanwhile, Jenz inquired with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) for an update, and she revealed that her contact at the PCPD was still analyzing evidence.
Jenz pressed for information on whether anything linked Sonny to Marco’s murder, and when Jordan indicated there was no clear suspect yet, he scoffed.
He suggested there was likely evidence that Commissioner Falconeri was unwilling to pursue. Subsequently, Jordan discussed with Laura the unexpected press conference she held with Ezra.
aura responded that she had come to accept the councilman as one of the necessary evils associated with her role.
Lucy Arrived At The Funeral, And Lucas And Gannon Talked
As mourners kept arriving, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) expressed to Lucas her hope that he wouldn’t leave town again.
Casting a glance across the church at Jenz, Lucas responded that he still had unfinished business in Port Charles.
He then confided in Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) about his struggle to come to terms with not being with Marco at the end.
Later, Carly emphasized to her brother that Sonny and Jason were not responsible for the tragedy that befell Marco. Lucas reassured her that he was aware Jason hadn’t killed Marco.
Ava And Lucy Set Their Rivalry Aside, Kristina Gave Condolences To Sidwell
Ava and Lucy decided to set aside their bickering for the day as they recognized the shared pain of losing a child.
Kristina extended her condolences to Sidwell, expressing her eternal gratitude to Marco for saving her life. At that moment, Sonny and Ric arrived, leading Jenz to remark that their families would always be intertwined.
Ava guided Jenz inside to sit down before he could create a disturbance, while Kristina expressed her concern that it might not be safe for her father to attend the funeral.
Sonny reassured his daughter that he was there to maintain peace, not to instigate trouble.
Ava Complimented Lucas’ Eulogy, While Isaiah Warned Jordan
Following the funeral, Ava took a moment to commend Lucas on the deeply moving eulogy he delivered.
While Jordan and Isaiah engaged in conversation, she brought up the fact that Sidwell was utterly heartbroken over the loss of his son.
In response, Isaiah cautioned her that Sidwell was not a good person, advising her to be careful not to get too involved.
However, Jordan firmly asserted that she was fully aware of her own decisions and knew what she was doing.
Meanwhile, Carly generously offered to arrange for Lucas to stay at the Metro Court as he contemplated his next moves.
Lucas Shocked Carly, Sidwell Threatened Sonny
Carly was taken aback when her brother revealed that he had chosen to stay at Wyndemere instead.
Lucas, in a somewhat cryptic manner, explained that Jenz was the only other individual who truly understood the void left by Marco’s absence, stating, “So, what I need is to stay close to Jenz. For now.”
In the foyer, Sonny assured Kristina that he would catch up with her later at the opening celebration for Charlie’s.
He and Ric then made their way back into the church, which was deserted except for Jenz; as they approached the grieving father, Sonny extended his condolences, but Jenz was not receptive to them.
“I don’t believe for a second that you’re sorry,” Sidwell said with a foreboding tone; “But you will be.”
