Cassius Opened Up To Josslyn
In Josslyn’s cell at Wyndemere, Cassius played cards with his captive and opened up to her. He confessed that he had fallen in love with Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) life as he got to know his family.
Being around James West (Gary James Fuller), Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Dante, and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). sometimes, he forgot he was just acting.
Sharing about his past, Cassius said he had never experienced the love that others felt for Nathan and was thankful to have met his brother through the pretense.
When Josslyn asked what his plan was after finishing the cold fusion prototype, Cassius replied that he and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) would need to vanish.
Joss Pointed Out That If Cassius Left, His Family Would Think They Lost Nathan Again
Joss pointed out that this would make the people he had come to care for lose Nathan again. She proposed taking Cassius to Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) to expose Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Cullum, hoping to strike a deal for Cassius.
Josslyn was taken aback when Cassius disclosed that Jack was in a coma. She then suggested seeking Dante’s help instead.
Joss argued that if they collaborated to take down Cullum and Sidwell, perhaps the people Cassius loved would recognize him- not Nathan- in the end.

Carly Stonewalled Cullum
After returning home from the hospital, Carly updated Valentin about her confrontation with Nina before they shifted the conversation to her missing daughter.
With Jack unavailable, they needed to find another method to locate Josslyn. Cullum arrived unexpectedly at Carly’s house, prompting Valentin to hide behind the wall and listen in as the WSB director informed Carly that he was aware Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) did not shoot him.
Since Jason continued to avoid questions, Cullum inquired about who Carly’s best friend would be willing to go to prison for.
Carly didn’t respond, but Cullum spotted a framed picture of Jason and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) on the mantle and thought he had solved the puzzle.
Valentin Felt Josslyn Might Be Safer Where Ever Brennan Hid Her
After Cullum departed, Valentin reflected that the agent was tying up loose ends and expressed to Carly that he believed Josslyn was safer wherever Jack had hidden her.
Carly was not enthusiastic about the idea of not searching for her daughter, but Valentin argued that the best way to keep Joss off Cullum’s radar was to create a believable cover story.
They would have to justify her absence somehow, assuming Cullum had not discovered where she was. Valentin had mentioned previously he was surprised that Cullum wouldn’t have known Joss was an agent.

Dante And Elizabeth Talked About Rocco And His Fears For His Son
In his office, Dante expressed to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) his fears for his son, who had lost his innocence due to the trauma of shooting Cullum.
He asked for her advice on how to help Rocco, who was becoming increasingly withdrawn. Elizabeth shared that she understood Rocco’s feelings of isolation, having gone through her own significant trauma.
That was her rape by Tom Baker (Don Harvey) when she was Rocco’s age. She mentioned that it was her friends and family who ultimately helped her through, and she urged Dante to keep supporting his son.

Dante Destroyed Evidence
An officer entered with the evidence from the pier shooting, which Dante intended to destroy.
Before heading out to meet Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) for their date, Liz reassured Dante that he was making the right choice to protect Rocco, just as she had left no record of his hospital visit.
Later, Cullum stormed into Dante’s office, demanding the evidence the PCPD had gathered from his shooting.
Dante insisted that the evidence had been misfiled in the warehouse, but Cullum was suspicious that Dante was not telling the truth.
Ric And Alexis Met At Café Cherie To Organizes A Book Release Party For Molly
At Café Cherie, Ric approached Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to assist him in organizing a book release party for Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).
He felt genuinely moved when he learned that Alexis had advocated for him with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Later on, Elizabeth showed up for their date.
Ric presented her with a unique piece of artwork he had acquired for her through Ava Jerome (Maura West), which earned him her appreciation and a kiss from Liz.
She was dumbfounded at how much trouble he went to in order to obtain the rare items.

Alexis Met With Brook Lynn And Chase About Adopting Phoebe
Alexis then visited the Quartermaine residence to meet with Harrison and Brook Lynn Chase (Josh Swickard, Amanda Setton).
There was a tight deadline to file the adoption petition before Phoebe Wilson (Luna and Lucia Creighton) became a ward of the state.
So the couple sought Alexis’s private investigator to delve into Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) history and attempt to locate any blood relatives who might wish to claim the baby.
Alexis consented to look into Delilah’s ties to the art world, mentioning that she believed she knew someone who could assist.

When Curtis showed up at the restaurant for a work dinner, he lost his temper upon seeing Isaiah gently touching Portia’s baby bump.
He accused him of concealing something by not disclosing his alibi to Turner. Provoking Curtis, Isaiah casually mentioned that he couldn’t provide a paint sample from his car because it had just been repaired after an accident.
With Curtis now fully convinced that Isaiah was the other driver, a heated argument ensued, culminating in Curtis punching Isaiah, causing the doctor to crash backward into a table!
