Today On General Hospital – Carly Hid In Jack’s Bathroom In His Metro Court Suite
Carly almost got caught snooping in Jack’s suite at the Metro Court by her boyfriend and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), but she managed to hide in the bathroom before they came in.
Wearing one of the hotel bathrobes, Carly overheard Britt complaining to Jack about how Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) wanted her to complete her work in a new lab he had built on Spoon Island. That way he could keep an eye on her, preventing her from leaking data to the WSB. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
Carly was shocked when she heard Jack tell Britt to figure something out. He warned the only reason she hadn’t been arrested yet was that she was valuable to him.
Carly Got Busted By Brennan
After sending Britt away, Jack heard a sound from the bathroom and pulled out a gun from the end table. He rushed into the bathroom with the gun ready, finding Carly, who shouted that he almost shot her; back in the sitting area, Jack demanded to know why she was in his room.
Carly pretended she was waiting for him as a sexy surprise, not realizing that surprising her spy boyfriend was a bad move. Jack told her never to do that again, especially with Valentin still out there. Confused, Carly pointed out that Valentin wasn’t in the hotel room with them, but Jack hugged her tightly and said he never wanted Cassadine to come between them again.

Jack Reminded Carly Of The Attempts On His Life
Reminding her of the fact that Valentin had made two attempts on his life, and had come perilously close to taking hers as well-Jack opened up about a profound realization he had experienced.
It was on that fateful day when she had consumed the poisoned champagne meant for him that he truly understood the depth of his love for her.
As Carly dabbed at the tears that had begun to fall from her eyes, Jack continued to express that he had always recognized her intelligence and brilliance.
He conveyed his fear of losing her, but just as he was pouring out his heart, their heartfelt conversation was abruptly cut short. He received an alert from work that he had to handle.
Valentin Busted By Ava
At Wyndemere, Valentin was rummaging beneath the fireplace mantle when Ava walked into the living room and told him she had disposed of the trigger that activated the castle’s hidden passage.
Ava also told Valentin that she had the whole tunnel closed off after she took possession of Wyndemere. When Ava remarked that she didn’t realize Valentin was acquainted with Jenz, he responded that they had a long history together, seemingly persuading Ava that Sidwell was concealing him at Wyndemere.
After that, Ava moved to the foyer to call for Pascal (Marc Forget) to check if Jenz had finished his business call. But by the time she returned to the living room, Valentin had vanished.

Anna Was Tackled As She Held Pascal’s Gun On Him
Meanwhile, in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) quarters downstairs, she stepped out through the open door while holding Pascal at gunpoint.
However, as soon as she crossed the threshold, one of Sidwell’s associates (WSB Director Ross Cullum, played by Andrew Hawkes) put her in a sleeper hold, causing her to fall to the ground.
When Sidwell arrived, the other man chastised Pascal for falling for Anna’s deception. Jenz expressed concern about whether she saw his face, but Cullum reassured him that Anna was oblivious to her location or who was holding her-Sidwell then ordered Pascal to send Ava home.
Following that, he and Cullum deliberated on their next moves regarding Anna, as they needed to secure a new location for her now that the lab was finished.

Sidwell And Cullum Discussed Cesar Faison’s Project
Sidwell’s partner Cullum mentioned that too many people knew about their project. Sidwell attempted to shift the blame onto Britt and let her go.
However, the other man insisted that Dr. Westbourne was the ideal person to provide a working prototype since she had collaborated with Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) in his last years.
Although having both Britt and Anna on Spoon Island would be risky, Sidwell wanted to keep Britt nearby. But his partner believed it would raise too much suspicion if the doctor vanished after her strange return to Port Charles.
Ava Told Pascal About Sidwell’s “Houseguest”
In the living room, Pascal told Ava that Sidwell was unexpectedly held up with business, and the launch was pending her arrival.
When she insisted on waiting, the butler offered to relay a message. Ava stated that she needed to talk to Jenz about his guest- and she wasn’t referring to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis)- and she would wait while Pascal took the message.
Concealing his concern from Ava, Pascal went down to the basement tunnels and informed his boss that he needed to know what Ava wanted to say.

Sidwell Returned Upstairs As Pascal Apologized To Cullum
As Sidwell went back upstairs, Pascal once more apologized to the other man for being deceived by their captive. Sidwell’s partner responded that Anna wouldn’t be around much longer anyway and cautioned the butler to adhere to the protocol and not be tricked by her again.
When Anna woke up on the couch, she yelled out to her captors, demanding to know who was keeping her prisoner.
She stood up, took a few steps, and then fainted again. But this time, Pascal announced over the intercom that he wouldn’t be tricked by her again and left her there.

Ava Told Jenz About Valentin
Upstairs, Ava told Jenz that she had encountered his houseguest while leaving earlier. His confusion about who Ava meant was quickly resolved when she asked him if it was wise to assist Valentin Cassadine.
Telling Ava that Valentin was not his guest, Jenz praised her for being discreet and requested that she not inform anyone about seeing the fugitive at Wyndemere.
Ava agreed, purring that Jenz could count on her. Meanwhile, Anna regained consciousness once more, only to find that her nose was bleeding- a sign of her polycythemia vera!
Jason Compared Notes With Elizabeth
While searching for Britt at GH, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) encountered Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
She inquired if he was upset with her because some believed she had sided with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and clarified that she never intended for her testimony to implicate Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Understanding her viewpoint, Jason assured her that everything was okay between them.
He mentioned that he was unaware of how the closing arguments had gone since he had been avoiding the trial. He didn’t want Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to use his presence against Michael in any way.
Jason And Liz Continued To Talk
As they continued to talk about who might have shot Drew, Jason speculated that the murder attempt was a direct consequence of his brother pushing many people too far.
Liz revealed that Willow had been ready to move on from Drew before he drew her back in. Jason pointed out that Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), Amelia Corinthos (Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko), Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), and Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) were the true victims in this situation.
Even though Willow was hurting herself, he then elaborated on how difficult it has been for Danny to be away from his sister. He also added that Drew intended to keep Danny and Scout apart for as long as possible.

Brad Told Jason To Stay Away From Britt, Later Liz Told Brad To Stay Out Of It
After Liz got a work page, Jason encountered Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), who told him to avoid Britt. Jason said he didn’t want to hurt her, but Brad pointed out how he did by making Britt think she could rely on him when she wasn’t his priority.
Then, Britt came over, and when Jason asked if she could talk, Brad interrupted, saying he needed to talk to her too.
Britt was happy Jason wanted to see her but was unsure who to talk to first; in the end, she chose to go with Jason, who asked her out on a date.
Meanwhile, a frustrated Brad complained to Liz about Britt and Jason-Liz agreed they weren’t a good match but told Brad it was none of their business and to stay out of it.

Alexis Was Confronted By Sonny
Back at Miller & Davis, Alexis saw Sonny in her office-he asked her why she accused Michael when there were other suspects to create doubt for Willow.
Alexis cried that if Willow wasn’t acquitted, Scout would lose her family-with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) gone, she had to protect her granddaughter from Drew turning her against them.
Alexis added that if Willow was free, Michael might not be charged for shooting Drew, but Sonny believed the D.A. wouldn’t drop the attempted murder of a congressman.
Fighting tears, Alexis said she had to do everything to clear Willow’s name, even if it hurt their friendship.
Sonny Reassured Alexis They Were Still Friends
Sonny wasn’t pleased that she involved Michael, but he assured her that she hadn’t lost his friendship and understood her choices for Scout.
When Alexis feared she compromised her ethics by defending Willow, Sonny said she did her job as a defense attorney, and if Willow was free, she wouldn’t be a threat to society.
Alexis wondered what if Willow was dangerous, and Sonny said he didn’t think she could shoot Drew.
Without revealing she knew Willow was guilty, Alexis asked hypothetically, “What if she did it?” Sonny replied, “There’s a thin line between love and hate. Even good people can do bad things.”

Sidwell’s Boss Was Revealed As Jack’s Boss
Carly got dressed and got ready to leave Brennan’s room. When Jack assured her he would make it up to her, she kissed him and playfully told him to go save the world.
“You are my world. You saved me,” he replied, which earned him another kiss; in the hallway, Carly felt a pang of discomfort, conflicted by Jack’s words.
Later, when Jack answered a knock at his door, he found Sidwell’s partner waiting for him! The man, whom Jack referred to as Director Cullum, informed the WSB field chief that they had “lost” Anna Devane!

Carly Showed Valentin Her Intel
Back at her home, Carly shared the pictures of the documents she had discovered with Valentin, but he believed there should have been more evidence in Jack’s room.
Carly also panicked when Valentin disclosed that Ava had spotted him at Wyndemere. But he clarified that he had convinced Ava that Jenz was allowing him to hide on the island.
Reminding Carly that she had overheard Jack and Britt discussing the doctor working at Wyndemere, Valentin speculated that Sidwell wouldn’t report him to the police.
He then said that was because whatever the businessman was concealing was on Spoon Island.
