Portia Tried To Apologize To Trina
Knowing her daughter would welcome her during the snowstorm, Portia arrived at Trina’s apartment, eager to talk.
While Trina agreed to her mother’s offer of tea and cookies, she was not interested in what Portia had to say and announced she was going to her room. Portia then told Trina she didn’t have to listen but encouraged her to express her feelings. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
This prompted Trina to vent her anger at her mother for cheating, becoming pregnant, and allowing Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to believe the baby was his. This was despite not knowing who the real father is.
Portia Talked About Her And Curtis’ Marriage Issues
Portia responded by explaining that she and Curtis had issues in their marriage from the beginning because they struggled to resolve conflicts.
When Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) started blackmailing her, she chose to keep it to herself instead of arguing with Curtis.
Furthermore, she added, Curtis and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) were growing closer, and it was evident that he felt more at ease sharing with his ex-wife than with her.

When Trina insisted that Jordan and Curtis were merely friends, Portia scoffed, claiming that the other woman was always undermining her marriage.
Trina Told Portia That Cheating Was Her Pattern
Frustrated that her mother was trying to put the blame on her father, Trina snapped that cheating was her pattern: first with Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews), the man she had called dad, and then with her real biological father.
Portia argued that both instances of her infidelity were signs of her failing marriage, but Trina further condemned her mother for being dishonest, claiming she only admitted to her affair with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) because she was compelled to do so in court.
In response, Portia insisted that she never meant to deceive about the baby and intended to have a paternity test, only for Trina to accuse her of delaying that process.
With tears in her eyes, Portia shared that she did her utmost to provide Trina with a stable home. But she doubted Curtis would have wanted a child at that time since he had distanced himself when he learned she was married.
Trina Clapped Back, Saying Now They’d Never Know
Trina made a sarcastic remark, suggesting that they would never truly understand the situation due to the decisions Portia had taken.
However, her demeanor started to change when her mother expressed that although she wished for Trina to avoid repeating her past errors.
Portia said her love for her would remain unchanged regardless of any mistakes she might make. Following this heartfelt exchange, Portia expressed her regret for letting Trina down and gently inquired if her daughter could still find it in her heart to love her despite everything.

Lulu Asked Nathan For A Ride
Lulu needed to pick up Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) from his community service at G.H., so she reached out to Nathan, asking him to meet her there.
She explained that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) had run off and was likely checking on her horse. Since her car was not reliable in the snow, Lulu requested a ride to the stables, especially since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) were preoccupied with emergency management duties.
To make matters worse, Charlotte had disabled the tracker on her phone and was not answering any calls or texts, and the stable was also unresponsive.
Nathan assured Lulu that he was more than willing to return the favor after she had previously assisted him with James West (Gary James Fuller).
Rocco Joined Lulu And Nathan
Once his shift was over, Rocco joined his mother, who was visibly worried about not hearing from his sister. He expressed a desire to accompany Nathan and Lulu in their search for Charlotte, but they decided to drop him off at the Quartermaines’ house instead, ensuring he wouldn’t be alone during the storm.
Later on, after narrowly avoiding a tree that almost struck his car, Nathan and Lulu found themselves at Bad Jen Café.
Nathan mentioned that he knew the owner, and he assured Lulu that Jen wouldn’t mind him picking the lock so they could take shelter from the storm inside the café.
Valentin Panicked Over His Daughter
Carly informed Valentin that Charlotte had left the Metro Court restaurant and was likely on her way to see him. However, as time went by, Valentin grew increasingly anxious about Charlotte’s delayed arrival.
They assumed she would be making her way through the woods from the Quartermaines’ place, but Valentin began to fret that she might lose her way in the dark, snowy night, prompting him to consider going out to search for her.
Carly, trying to calm him down, encouraged Valentin to be patient, sharing that she understood how terrible it felt to be powerless when your child was in danger. Her thoughts were drifting to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) working for the WSB.

Carly Reminded Valentin Sometimes Uncomfortable Realities Must Be Accepted
She brought to his attention what he had previously mentioned to her. That in situations where there is no immediate course of action available to address a problem, one might simply have to accept the uncomfortable reality that their child is in peril.
Valentin responded with a straight face, expressing his irritation at how infuriating it was when Carly actually paid attention to his words.
To keep themselves occupied, Carly proposed a game of checkers, to which he humorously remarked that he suspected she might be a bit of a cheat.
Charlotte Arrived At The Quartermaine Mansion
After leaving Lulu at the Metro Court, Charlotte arrived at the Quartermaine mansion. She told Danny Morgan that her mom thought she was checking on her horse, Butterscotch, so the snowstorm was a good excuse to see her dad.
While sharing what she overheard between Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna), Charlotte got upset about Nina’s manipulation.
Danny understood Nina’s desire to protect her daughter, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), but Charlotte cried that she had also been Nina’s daughter and they were a family.
Since Nina was one of the few people her dad trusted, she needed to inform him that Nina had betrayed them.
Danny And Charlotte Kept Talking About Nina’s Betrayal
Although Nina didn’t want details after Charlotte mentioned Valentin’s contact, she wondered if her former stepmother had been reporting to Brennan all along.
Charlotte insisted on going through the snowstorm to Carly’s, but Danny wouldn’t let her go alone. He understood how hard it was to be let down by someone you care about and promised he wouldn’t do that to her.
He lent her Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) coat and boots, but when a shelter-in-place alert came through, Danny suggested they wait until the storm passed since the roads were closed and Valentin was safe for now.
Later, Rocco entered the den looking for Danny and noticed Charlotte’s sneakers and scarf drying by the fireplace.

Josslyn Was Shocked To See Cullum At Wyndemere
After shutting off the electricity to Spoon Island, Josslyn infiltrated Wyndemere. She started to search the darkened space with a flashlight, but upon hearing a sound, she switched off the light and concealed herself in the foyer, gun at the ready.
To her surprise, she spotted WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) placing candles around the living room, which triggered a memory of the conversation she had overheard between Cullum and Jack at the docks.
Acting as if she had just arrived, Josslyn called out for her uncle, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). She pretended to be startled by the presence of someone in the living room.
Cullum Wanted To Know Who She Was And Why She Was There
Cullum inquired about her identity and purpose for being there; presenting herself as Lucas’s niece, Josslyn quickly explained that she was en route to a nearby island.
Then the winds intensified, prompting her to seek refuge at Wyndemere, expecting Lucas to be there, only to find the place empty.
As Cullum noted that the power was out, Josslyn recalled triggering an explosion at the grid to initiate the blackout.
Returning to the moment, Cullum clarified that the residents had gone to the mainland to ride out the storm and introduced himself as Matthew, the caretaker.
Cullum Was Suspicious Of Josslyn’s Story
He mentioned he stayed to handle storm damage and guard the property since the security system was down-Josslyn laughed, “Intruders? Who would break in during this weather?”
Cullum answered, “Who, indeed.” After settling her on the couch with a blanket, Cullum asked why Josslyn was out in the snow. She told a story about friends having a blizzard party on Porter Island, but it was too risky to sail there.
He offered her a glass of brandy and said he wanted to know her better-Josslyn shared she had lived in Port Charles her whole life, which wasn’t very thrilling. “What you see is what you get,” she said with a forced smile; “Why do I find that hard to believe?” he replied.
Emma And Gio Discussed The Situation
Back at Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) condo, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) changed into warmer attire to help Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) with her heist.
Gio was without gloves, and Emma was concerned he might suffer from frostbite and lose the ability to play the violin, so she lent him a pair of ski gloves.
Eventually, they set out to meet Tracy but returned home shortly after because Drew’s street was closed off. With cell service unreliable, they were unable to contact Tracy to inform her they wouldn’t be able to make it. With not much else to occupy their time, Gio and Emma started kissing on the couch.

Tracy Let Herself Into Drew’s House And Found She Wasn’t Alone
Using her key, Tracy entered Drew’s house and confronted Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), who was eating popcorn.
After she called him a squatter, they argued about her lie regarding seeing Michael the night Drew was shot. Then, the anonymous letter Martin sent to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), his fraud in forging Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will, and her taking Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) key.
Martin kept bothering her while Tracy waited for her “associates” (Emma and Gio) to show up, and she finally yelled that she was there to get her things.
Martin pushed back, saying he wouldn’t just sit back while she rummaged through his stuff, but Tracy maintained she was only trying to correct a mistake.

Tracy And Martin Continued To Argue
“And you’re doing it under the cover of darkness in the middle of a blizzard,” he mocked-then he accused Tracy of lacking compassion for Drew after his stroke.
She countered that if she had no compassion, she would have let Drew bleed out on the floor after he was shot, just like Drew had done when Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), had a heart attack.
Although he didn’t agree with Drew’s actions towards Ned Martin stated it didn’t change the fact that Drew was helpless in the hospital.
Tracy insisted she didn’t care and reiterated that she was going to collect her heirlooms that night. When Martin pointed out that it wasn’t going to happen because the roads were blocked, he suggested that Tracy could stay-if she asked him nicely.
