On General Hospital Today – Valentin And Carly Made A Plan
After Charlotte’s visit, Valentin decided to leave before Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) or anyone else could kidnap his daughter to lure him out of hiding.
Although Carly was worried that Charlotte had endangered them all by returning to her home, she believed there were limits Jack would not cross. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
However, Valentin couldn’t say the same about Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and informed Carly about the threats Sidwell had made against Charlotte and Ace Cassadine (Kieran and Karis Barry).
Since Sidwell could assist them in revealing Jack as the leader of Pikeman and exonerate Valentin, Carly suggested that the safest place for him was in her attic. Valentin agreed to stay until he figured out how to deal with the other man.

Jacinda Admitted She’d Been With Boyle Under Oath On The Stand
Under oath, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) nervously admitted that she had been with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) at the Raven Motel when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was shot, not with Michael.
At her revelation, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) looked at their brother in shock, while Michael closed his eyes and lowered his head.
He then reassured his sister that Jacinda’s statement only indicated they hadn’t been together that night. After being dismissed when Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) had no questions for her, Jacinda exchanged a tense glance with Michael as she left the courtroom.

Michael’s Alibi Fell Apart
Next, Alexis called Tracy back to the stand. Judge Sullivan (Tim Lounibos) reminded Tracy she was still under oath; Suzanne (Jen Ray) entered the courtroom and gave her boss a flash drive and a folder.
After making a show of looking at the folder, Alexis summarized that Tracy had said she hadn’t seen anything unusual outside Drew’s home, then asked if she remembered anything else.
Adjusting the folders so the one facing Tracy read “Personal Home Security Footage Crestview Lane,” Alexis asked if Tracy recalled seeing Michael on the street that night.
Looking at the folder and then at Michael across the courtroom, Tracy said she had seen her great-nephew outside. After hiding the label again, Alexis said she had no more questions-annoyed, Dante glared at his brother and left the courtroom, checking his phone.
Michael Testified
Justine handled the cross-examination, mentioning that the storm made visibility poor that night and it was dark since Drew’s house had no outside lights.
Michael was the next defense witness; as he and Tracy passed the prosecution table, she touched his arm and whispered sorry.
During Alexis’s questioning, Michael said he was on Crestview that night but not at Drew’s house. When the attorney noted that being on the street gave him an opportunity, he strongly denied shooting Drew.
Alexis Continued Her Questioning
After confirming that Michael had access to the weapon as a resident of the Quartermaine estate, Alexis inquired about Willow and Drew’s affair and the tensions from the custody arrangement.
Referring to the argument between Drew and Michael at the Metro Court over Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), Alexis asked if Michael thought Congressman Cain was a threat to his children.
When Michael agreed, Alexis noted he would do anything to protect his kids- and Drew smiled smugly.
Later in the courtroom, Justine started her cross-examination by showing the evidence bag with the gun and asking Michael if he took it from his great-grandfather’s study.
When Michael said he didn’t know the gun was missing, Justine asked him to recount his actions on the night of the shooting.

Charlotte Was Busted
At Lulu Spencer’s, (Alexa Havins Bruening) Nathan told her that Charlotte lied about a drama club meeting and went to the Quartermaine’s mansion instead.
Lulu said that the secure estate was one of the few places she felt her daughter was safe, but Nathan was worried Charlotte might get frustrated and ditch her police guard.
Lulu was disappointed she hadn’t reached Charlotte during their talk about safety, and she asked Nathan if he thought Charlotte would look for her father.
Just then, Charlotte came home, and Lulu scolded her for what she did. A panicked Charlotte thought her mom found out she saw her dad, but quickly said she needed a break from her officer, so she hung out with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzn) instead.

Charlotte Apologized
Charlotte admitted she was wrong and offered to apologize to the officer, promising to update Lulu if her plans changed.
After Nathan left, Charlotte apologized to Lulu for worrying her, saying she knew how awful it was to wonder if someone you loved was okay.
Realizing Charlotte meant Valentin, Lulu reassured her that her father was resourceful and could take care of himself.
Upstairs, Charlotte texted Danny, thanking him for his help earlier, and remembered Valentin telling her she couldn’t visit again until he achieved his goal. Danny replied that they’d find a way to help her father.
Tracy Dropped In On Lulu After Court
An upset Tracy visited after her court testimony and told Lulu what she was asked about the home security footage from Alexis.
Lulu found it strange that Alexis didn’t make Tracy identify Michael or use the footage as evidence. Shocked, Tracy realized the attorney was bluffing and she fell for it!
Lulu noted that if Tracy had lied, it would have made Michael look guiltier and she would have committed perjury.
However, Tracy insisted she would have done anything to keep Michael out of prison-then, Tracy asked Lulu to help her understand how Alexis knew she saw Michael outside Drew’s house.
Michael Continued His Testimony
Michael said after meeting Jacinda at the Port Charles Grill and discussing his kids, he asked Drew to stay away from Willow so she could see the children again.
But after parking and getting out of the car, he got a call from the ringtone he set for his son. Realizing confronting Drew could worsen things for the kids, he returned to his car and went home without entering Drew’s house.
Michael also told Alexis he didn’t hear gunshots outside and wasn’t the one who shot Drew. Judge Sullivan then called a break; Michael told Joss he worried his testimony gave the jury enough doubt to find Willow not guilty.

Trina And Kai’s Realization
Across the room, Alexis told Suzanne she was glad her bluff with Tracy worked. Since she couldn’t use the anonymous tip as evidence, she had no way to prove Tracy was lying if she denied seeing Michael on the street.
Suzanne thought some jurors still seemed unsure, but Alexis hoped her next witness, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), who had just entered the courtroom, would convince them that Michael was a more likely shooter than Willow.
Meanwhile, Drew bragged to his wife about how guilty Michael looked; when Willow said she didn’t want to get her hopes up, he boasted Tracy seeing Michael outside the house sealed the deal.
In the hallway, Trina and Kai realized Michael’s ringtone for Wiley must have been the “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” tune they heard that night, and suspected Michael was the shooter.
Elizabeth Took The Stand
As the trial recommenced, Elizabeth stepped onto the witness stand. She recounted the occurrence when Michael had not only come to her residence while Willow was visiting her, but also how she had once left him unattended for a brief period when she needed to step out.
When Alexis remarked that Michael likely had sufficient time to conceal the firearm in Willow’s drawer, Justine interjected with an objection.
In response, Alexis reworded the question, prompting Elizabeth to affirm that Michael was indeed alone in the house prior to the police’s discovery of Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle) gun.

Dante And Nathan Talked At The PCPD
Dante returned to the station to sign a warrant and asked the desk officer to collect all video footage from Willow’s case for review.
Nathan arrived, saying he came from Lulu’s. Upset that Turner was caught off guard in court, Dante questioned why they didn’t know Michael was on Crestview Lane the night of the shooting and mentioned that Tracy saw Michael on the street.
They entered the interrogation room, where Dante reluctantly admitted he didn’t want to believe his brother could be the shooter due to the debt he owed him.
He explained to Nathan that being raped in prison as a teen changed Michael, making him capable of murder, and it was his fault for convincing Michael to turn himself in.
Dante Worried His Guilt Made Him Overcompensate For Michael
Dante worried that his guilt might lead him to overcompensate for Michael, making it easier for his brother to frame Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
Nathan reassured him that there was no evidence in the case file showing he improperly influenced the investigation.
Dante argued that he knew Michael’s alibi was weak, yet he didn’t press Jacinda harder, putting the trial at risk. Nathan offered to review all files again after logging evidence from another crime scene.
When Nathan mentioned he left the cigarette butt in his car while at Lulu’s, Dante criticized him for breaking the chain of custody.
Dante Admitted Chase May Have Been Right
Apologizing, Nathan joked he was still getting back to normal, and a frustrated Dante insisted he needed Nathan at full capacity.
Even more so, especially with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) on leave and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) on WSB duty.
Dante defended his choice to suspend Chase for undermining the investigation but acknowledged that Chase might have been right about Michael framing Willow, which he had overlooked.
Dante dreaded what he may have to do regarding Michael. Nathan again reassured him it had not been his fault what happened to Michael as a teen in prison.
