Kristina Said Goodbye To Her Parents

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were shocked when Kristina called them to share her news of getting into medical school.

She explained how the doctors who helped her and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) inspired her, and how she took the MCAT on a whim-Kristina announced that she had enrolled at UCLA and would be leaving the next day.

Alexis expressed concern about the rapid pace of everything, but Kristina reassured her parents that she had carefully considered her choice.

She informed Sonny that she had hired a manager for Charlie’s and told Alexis that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) would take over her advisor role at the Corinthos-Davis Center.

Sonny wished his daughter good luck before leaving, and Alexis broke down in tears as she hugged Kristina, telling her she would excel.

James Loaded Up On S’mores With Cody And Molly

James West (Gary James Fuller) prepared s’mores with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Molly outside the Quartermaine boathouse.

Cody revealed that he wouldn’t be able to make it to James’ Little League games because he was joining Molly on her book tour.

James expressed concern about whether Cody might get bored during the trip, and Molly felt moved when Cody shared that when someone you love achieves success, it makes you feel like you’re part of it as well.

After James returned home, Molly playfully hinted that she needed some inspiration for a sequel to her book, leading to her and Cody sharing a passionate kiss.

Danny And Charlotte Made A Plan

Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) texted Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) to meet, but she first visited Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

He warned her to avoid Danny, whom he saw as reckless; despite this, Charlotte was determined to support Danny and guide him.

Valentin mentioned that if his new plan succeeded, he would no longer be a fugitive-later, Charlotte met Danny outside Bobbie’s.

She turned down his request to look for evidence to help free Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) since Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was absent, suggesting they wait until the area was less crowded with police.

Danny realized he had been short-sighted, and Charlotte smiled, glad to keep him grounded.

Carly And Ava Were Confronted By Cullum

Carly arrived at Wyndemere and was surprised when Ava Jerome (Maura West) revealed that WSB agents were there because Sidwell was a fugitive for shooting Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

Ava felt guilty for unintentionally directing Sidwell to Lucas.

When Cullum arrived to question them, Ava said Jenz was just her client.

Cullum dismissed Ava but asked Carly to stay.

Carly avoided Cullum’s questions about Lucas and Josslyn, mentioning that while she was dating Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna), he hadn’t shared anything about Sidwell.

Carly Found Josslyn’s Ring

The housekeeper interrupted to show Cullum a ring she had discovered, and Carly instantly recognized it as Josslyn’s.

She secretly reached for a letter opener but reconsidered and set it back down.

Carly unleashed her frustration on Cullum and the WSB for their utter ineffectiveness, prompting him to send her away.

Carly hurried home and informed Valentin about the ring, which indicated that Josslyn was being held at Wyndemere, and pleaded with him to assist in rescuing her daughter.

Valentin emphasized the need for a careful approach for their next move, yet he remained optimistic that they could thwart this plan as long as the villains lacked a substitute for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Nina Checked In On “Nathan”

At the hospital, “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) reassured Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that he was okay and shared how Sidwell had “escaped.”

She was thankful he wasn’t hurt more seriously after the attack by Sidwell’s men, but he was concerned about damaging James’s image of his heroic dad.

After Nina expressed how much James adores his father, “Nathan” commented on how surprising it was that she became so loving and supportive.

He quickly attributed the remark to his head injury, but Nina still found it strange; when Ava arrived to check on Lucas, she asked “Nathan” about Sidwell, but he avoided her questions and left.

Later, while having drinks at Cafe Cherie, Ava expressed regret about getting involved with Sidwell and almost getting Lucas killed.

Nina was worried that Ava might also be in danger, but Ava brushed off the concern.

Josslyn Tried To Talk Liesl Out Of Completing The Prototype

Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) examined Britt’s impressive work on Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project and believed she could create a cold fusion prototype in about a week.

Josslyn argued against giving such a powerful energy source to people like Cullum and Sidwell, but Obrecht insisted she had to protect her son, Cassius.

Josslyn warned that they could all be killed once the prototype was delivered and urged her to keep such important leverage.

Obrecht feared that delaying could endanger Cassius and was surprised when Josslyn acknowledged that Nathan’s twin wasn’t entirely bad and genuinely cared for Britt, James, and Obrecht.

Josslyn then encouraged her to complete the project but ensure it failed.

Cassius Saved Josslyn Again,  From Cullum

Cullum arrived with news that Sidwell had made a serious mistake and was now a fugitive;  with him in charge, Cullum aimed to streamline operations.

He brandished a knife to eliminate Josslyn, but Cassius rushed in, stating Cullum would have to kill him first.

He pointed out that Cullum wouldn’t want the added trouble of Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) investigating the death of a detective, and Obrecht noted that grieving her son would hinder her work on the project.

Cullum relented but demanded the project be completed, vowing not to let anyone obstruct it.

After Cullum left, Obrecht assured Cassius she could finish the prototype, and he sighed, acknowledging it wasn’t what he wanted, but they had no other choices.
