General Hospital recap for Monday, August 18, 2025, is finally here! Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) collapses. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) turns on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Plus, Justine Turner (Nazneez Contractor) turns her attention to a new criminal. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
ADA Justine Turner Spies
At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) spews out threats. Now he’s threatening to put Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) in prison.
The politician demands Sonny sell the piers and give Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) visitation and leave Port Charles. The mob boss says that Willow already knows Drew is a loser. After Drew leaves, Turner emerges and calls it extortion.
Sonny reminds her that if she comes forward, she could lose her career. She promises to find a way to punish Drew.

Stella Henry Questioned
At the hospital, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is confused by the investigators’ wanting to talk to her. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) try to help out and suggest a lawyer.
However, Stella insists she hasn’t done anything wrong and goes to talk to them privately.
Stella welcomes the two suits into a conference room so they can speak privately. However, not having a lawyer with her could be a big mistake.

Lucy Coe’s Flirting
Over at Wyndemere, Sidwell and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) flirt. The woman has to leave, so Sidwell talks to Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and discusses her.
The villain says Lucy has a good heart. Drew interrupts, rambling about Sonny. He explains being punched by Michael in public. As they debate, Drew says putting Michael in prison is the only way to get Willow’s kids back.
Sidwell thinks they will lose their only bargaining chip. Drew leaves, so Marco and Sidwell worry about him becoming a liability.

Maxie Jones Collapses
At Home & Heart, Flora Gardens (Susan Batten) talks to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). They debate about family relationships and the issues with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) as well as with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
BLQ asks if Floria thinks she’s being too hard on her mother. While they know family relationships can be complicated, there’s just no easy way about any of this.
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) meets with Maxie. She’s concerned about getting kicked out of Deception. Martin warns her job will be protected but her friendships won’t.
Maxie suggests a meeting with the district attorney. Martin tells her not to warn the others. Everyone is about to go on air. Maxie rubs some cream on her neck. While the cameras are still rolling, Maxie suddenly collapses.
