General Hospital recap is finally in for Monday, August 25, 2025! In today’s episode, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) issues a plea to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) publicly threatens Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Also, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is transferred to Boston.
Maxie Jones’ Emotional Goodbye
At the hospital, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) announces that Maxie is in a coma. They can’t give her long-term care there. Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) panics, but Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) do damage control.
Lucas found the best coma program in the country and Maxie has a spot. Spinelli begs Maxie’s parents not to let this happen. Lucas thinks this program is Maxie’s best shot.
AMP in the post
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) tells Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) about the coma program in Boston. Lulu breaks down. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
At the hospital, the women promise Lucas they won’t fight. Once they are allowed in, they assure Maxie that her kids will be taken care of.
They’ll be waiting for her when she’s all better. After they exit, Mac and Cody enter with James West (Gary James Fuller). The little boy gives his comatose mother Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) old police badge.
Maxie is wheeled out as she’s prepared for transfer.
Cody Bell Busted

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) catches Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Cody making out. The lawyer tries to make a quick exit, but Cody chases her down.
It’s not what it looks like! He’s doing this for Molly! Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) paid him to do this. Ava wants that repeated. After not getting what she wants, Ava storms out. Cody promises Molly that this was all Kristina’s idea. Molly walks out.

Ric Lansing vs Kristina Corinthos-Davis
Across town, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) goes to Alexis but finds Kristina instead. They make snarky comments to each other, then Kristina says she knows that he knows about her evil deed.
Ric complains that Alexis is always bailing her out. As Ric rants, Kristina explains she wasn’t in her right mind. The lawyer says that Molly went through more and didn’t snap.
Kristina starts to grab a letter opener, but then puts it down. Kristina says she’s made peace with Molly. They continue arguing until Ava bursts through the door.
Ava exposes Kristina’s hiring of Cody to cause problems for them. Kristina won’t apologize and thinks Ava is a demon. Ric announces he emptied Ava’s bank accounts.
The blonde grabs a paperweight and smashes him on the head with it! As Ric lies lifeless on the ground, Kristina looks at Ava with shock.
Alexis Davis Served
Over at the grill, Alexis and Drew meet. The lawyer hopes they can find a way to make things work for Scout Quartermaine’s (Cosette Abinante) sake.
A woman appears and serves Alexis. It’s a restraining order to keep the whole family away from Scout. Drew pokes at Alexis until she snaps, then she cries.
Molly shows up as Drew rants about Alexis being a known drunk. Alexis threatens him back as Molly drags her mother out of there. Alexis walks back in to say more to Drew, but he walks out on her.
Meanwhile, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) sit down. The lawyer brings up his new enemy: Drew. The mayor is proud of him for cutting ties with the congressman.
He feels terrible about Stella Henry’s (Vernee Watson) ordeal. Then, he urges Laura that she can’t let Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) become mayor. They need to get rid of Drew!

Britt Westbourne’s Warning
Over at the Five Poppies, Britt tells Jason that he needs to go. He refuses until she explains. Britt is connected to what the WSB are looking into.
Jason begs her to leave with him. He can’t let her go! He gives her a burner phone, just in case.
