General Hospital recap for Tuesday, November 18 reveal Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) faked out Jack Brennan, (Chris L. McKenna).
Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) turned themselves in, and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) confronted Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Carly Faked Out Jack
Carly surprised Jack in his Metro Court room with a bottle of wine he had ordered, insisting they share it since they hadn’t seen each other much lately. General Hospital spoilers
When Jack mentioned feeling a distance, Carly expressed her hurt over his not telling her that Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) was a WSB agent, explaining that when she’s hurt, she tends to pull away. Jack tried to comfort her, but Carly, with her back turned, cringed as he placed his hands on her shoulders.
She responded to his apology by saying that sometimes things just have to be a certain way. Of course, her words hinting at her secret collaboration with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to take down Brennan.
Carly Played The Part, But It Made Her Feel Sick
As far as Jack was concerned, they had resolved their issues when Carly tearfully told him she could accept him as he is.
She then admitted the wine was just a pretext to see him because she lacked the courage to say she was ready to move on.
Jack offered her a chance to back out, but Carly whispered, “Oh, I’m not gonna back out,” before pulling him in for a passionate kiss.
However, when they moved to the couch, Carly looked nauseous as Jack kissed her neck, and urged him to answer his ringing phone. After he told the caller he’d return the call from his secure office line, Carly kissed Jack goodbye and left.

Laura And Sonny Discussed The Dalton Issues
In her office, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) met with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and worried about her harsh words (and slap!) to Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) at the voting poll.
She was afraid it might end her political career, but Sonny reassured her that her constituents supported her, admiring her passion in defending her grandson. However, Laura still feared her actions could cost her the election.
She mentioned that losing would not only mean giving the city to Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) but also Port Charles to Sidwell.
Sonny remarked that Dalton’s treatment of their teenage grandson was sleazy, and they both doubted Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) would have damaged the lab.
Laura And Sonny Discussed Their Suspicions That Dalton Framed Rocco
They discussed their suspicion that Dalton framed Rocco, and Sonny revealed that Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) told him Dalton had privately presented photos of the damage.
Laura pointed out that damage was never mentioned when Dalton sought Rocco’s arrest and questioned how charges could be filed without the PCPD verifying the evidence.
Sonny explained that Turner didn’t want to seem biased towards Rocco due to his family connections. And so she felt compelled to pursue new charges despite Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) plea deal.
Sonny Explained His Hiring Ric To Defend Rocco
Then, Sonny revealed that under normal circumstances, he wouldn’t place his trust in Ric. However, considering Ric’s relentless efforts to reconcile, he decided to have faith in his brother to bring Rocco back home.
Laura was briefly sidetracked when she started receiving election results, but she quickly expressed to Sonny that she couldn’t stop worrying about Rocco being all alone in the detention center.
Sonny responded by saying that their grandson might not be there for much longer. “Dalton could alter his story, or someone might do it for him,” Sonny joked, which caused Laura to frown in worry.

Charlotte And Danny Turned Themselves In
Charlotte and Danny went to the PCPD to confess about being with Rocco during the lab break-in. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) started taking their statements, but when the detective inquired why they thought Prof. Dalton was performing illegal tests on animals, Danny chose not to respond.
Besides explaining how Rocco created a diversion to protect them, Charlotte and Danny insisted they hadn’t destroyed the lab.
After documenting Danny and Charlotte’s confession, Nathan left the interrogation room and requested Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) phone number from one of the officers.
Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) visited Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) office to check if he had any updates on Rocco’s situation at the juvenile detention center.

Lulu Was Stunned
She was stunned to discover that the lab break-in was Emma Scorpio-Drake’s (Braedyn Bruner) and Gio Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) idea.
Dante mentioned that he felt responsible for Gio pulling Rocco into the situation since he had been trying to mend things with his older son after blaming Gio for Rocco’s alcohol poisoning. “If I had kept Gio at a distance, he wouldn’t have gotten close enough to Rocco to possibly ruin his life,” Dante said with a frown.
The acting commissioner regretted how harshly he had treated Gio for involving Rocco in Emma’s plan, especially now that they realized they were father and son. However, Lulu reminded him that all the kids were at fault, as they chose to participate.

Britt Talked To Jason About Helping Rocco
In an effort to get Rocco out of his predicament, Britt invited Jason to her room and pleaded with him to have Danny support Rocco’s account.
Even after Britt informed him that Dalton was lying about the damaged lab, Jason was reluctant to put his son in danger.
He remained composed while Britt became increasingly agitated, insisting that both Charlotte and Danny were equally at fault and that Rocco wouldn’t have to bear the consequences alone if they backed him up.
When Jason inquired if she had talked to Dante and Lulu about Charlotte, Britt scoffed, saying they despised her and that speaking to them would only complicate matters.
Jason Explained That Drew Would Seize The Opportunity To Imprison Danny
Next, Jason explained to Britt that involving his son would provide Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) with the means to imprison Danny. He also mentioned that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was deeply affected by his experiences in Pentonville, and he wanted to prevent that from happening to Danny.
When Britt lamented that she didn’t want Rocco to suffer the same fate, Jason admitted he felt the same way, emphasizing the need for a strategy to protect him.
Britt let out a breath of relief and then asked Jason if he would speak to Dante and Lulu. However, before he could respond, Nathan called Jason to the PCPD regarding an issue with Danny.
Lulu And Dante Learned About Charlotte Turning Herself In As Jason Learned About Danny
Lulu and Dante acknowledged that once things settled down and Rocco was back home, they would have to face the reality that their son and Charlotte had hidden many things from them.
At that moment, Nathan knocked on the office door, informing Dante and Lulu that there was a problem with Charlotte.
In the meantime, while they waited for Nathan to return, Charlotte and Danny anxiously questioned if turning themselves in was the right choice for Rocco. “Rocco gave himself up for us. We’re just doing the same thing,” Danny said, trying to encourage both himself and Charlotte who said, “Right. How bad could juvie be?”
Ric Tried To Negotiate With Alexis To Get Danny To Testify For Rocco
Ric tried to negotiate with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) reason for shooting Drew in exchange for Danny testifying for Rocco.
But she wouldn’t risk Danny’s freedom until she knew what Ric had on Portia. He claimed his plan would keep both boys safe, but Alexis didn’t trust him; Ric insisted he had changed after a month in captivity, but she still wanted Portia’s motive.
Finally, Ric shared that he had two tests done on Heather Webber (Alley Mills) while representing her, and the G.H. lab results showed high cobalt poisoning, which contradicted an independent lab report. Alexis realized why Portia would want to keep Heather in jail to protect Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), but initially didn’t connect it to the doctor trying to kill Drew.

Alexis Got A Call From Jason, She And Ric Headed To The PCPD
After they discussed a hypothetical blackmail scenario, Alexis figured out that Drew had discovered Portia altered Heather’s tests and was using it against her.
With a theory that could cast doubt on Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) guilt in court, Alexis thought about Ric’s proposal regarding Rocco and Danny.
She cautioned that it wouldn’t be easy since it relied on other witnesses cooperating, with their parents’ approval.
Just then, Jason called Alexis and asked her to meet him at the PCPD because Danny was set on taking the fall for Rocco. Telling Ric that she suspected Danny was about to confess, the two lawyers headed to the police station.

Sidwell Privately Made Threats Against Dalton
Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) returned to Spoon Island after Rocco’s arraignment and told his father about the increased charges against Rocco due to Dalton.
Sidwell was upset that the lab was now under scrutiny; Marco suggested his father ask his partner for help, but Sidwell said his partner’s identity was confidential.
Instead, he wanted Marco to focus on changes to the program, including Britt overseeing Dalton.
When Sidwell mentioned Britt wanted to take charge, Marco questioned if that was wise since Dalton had seen too much.
Marco added that Dalton could act out if he felt wronged, so it might be better not to provoke him; “If he goes away, so do our problems,” Sidwell smirked.
Britt Arrived And Gave Sidwell An Ultimatum
Marco sought clarification, but Britt came in to talk to Sidwell alone-she angrily accused him of helping Dalton frame Rocco. Sidwell replied that he only found out about Dalton’s actions and wouldn’t have supported anything that drew attention to their research.
Britt felt relieved that Sidwell wasn’t involved in Rocco’s issue, and they both agreed that Dalton was becoming harder to deal with. When Sidwell mentioned that Rocco could have put their project at risk if he had seen their secret, Britt countered that Rocco wouldn’t have understood it anyway.
Britt then declared that Rocco mattered more to her than the research, and if Jenz didn’t convince Dalton to drop the charges that day, she would ruin the whole operation.
