Carly Was In The Hot Seat
At the PCPD, Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) interrogated Carly regarding the bracelet with the initial “C” found on Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) body.
Carly claimed she didn’t recognize it but recalled re-gifting the jewelry, originally given to her by Jack, to someone else with a “C” name: Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke)!
Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) arrived at the station to see Carly and inquired about Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy).
Dante informed him that Carly had been unable to reach her lawyer.

Jason was confident that Carly hadn’t murdered Brennan. But he was uncertain if she was shielding Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Dante Urged Jason To Persuade Carly To Help With The Investigation
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) urged him to persuade Carly to assist with the police investigation.
After Molly and Joe concluded their questioning of Carly, Molly informed Dante that it was clear Carly had recognized the bracelet, despite her denial.
Dante believed it would be beneficial to establish that it belonged to her.
A frustrated Joe remarked that Valentin was just as tight-lipped as Carly, and Dante sighed, realizing they would struggle to get through to Carly if she was indeed protecting Valentin.
Jason Talked To Carly
Jason entered the interrogation room to meet Carly and subtly indicated that he was aware of Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte discovering Jack’s body in the pool.
They engaged in a discreet conversation about the bracelet, which was a gift from Jack to Carly, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding Danny and Charlotte.
Acknowledging that the previous day marked the anniversary of Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death, Carly expressed her regret that Jason had become entangled in the situation after such a tough night.
Jason responded by mentioning that he had a lengthy discussion with Danny regarding his mother.
And he expressed his gratitude for all that Carly had done—and continued to do—for his son.
As Danny’s confession about Brennan’s body had already revealed, Charlotte’s missing bracelet was a serious problem.
The Preliminary Autopsy Report Came In
Joe, Dante, and Molly received the preliminary autopsy report indicating that Brennan drowned without any signs of struggle.
Given that Jack was last seen at the hotel on the final night the pool was open, they speculated that Carly disabled the Metro Court security system to kill her ex, after which she and Valentin moved his body to the nature preserve.
Later, Joe confidently informed Dante and Molly that he had obtained the necessary evidence.
Meanwhile, as Carly discussed with Jason how to redirect the PCPD’s focus onto Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Ava Jerome (Maura West), Dante, Joe, and Molly entered the interrogation room.
Joe presented a photo from Carly’s social media showing her and Josslyn, where Carly was clearly wearing the “C” initial bracelet on her wrist.
Josslyn Gave Brook Lynn DNA
Brook Lynn arranged to meet Josslyn at the boathouse after her run.
Offering her a bottle of water, Brook Lynn inquired about Jude’s background.
Josslyn shared her theory that Jude was in town to claim his stake in JJE, promising to reveal any findings from her own research.
When Brook Lynn insisted on recycling Joss’ nearly empty bottle, Josslyn called her out for trying to discreetly obtain a DNA sample.
But she ultimately handed over the bottle for testing to see if Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) was related to Jude.
Joss warned Brook Lynn that her family was in for a confrontation based on what her father had informed her about her cousin.
Sonny Explained To Donna About Carly
Sonny informed Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) that she would be spending more time with him due to Carly’s arrest.
He reassured her that Carly had excellent support, but Donna insisted on calling Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) for help as well.
Not wanting to reveal the details of his fallout with Justine, Sonny told Donna that Justine was busy.
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) arrived, and Donna surprised him by asking if he would assist in getting her mom released from jail.
Sonny Found Out About Jude
Ric mentioned he had an update on Josslyn’s vendetta, and Sonny hoped it was good news since Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) had rejected his generous offer.
Ric revealed that he had learned through a bug in Hudson’s briefcase that Jerry Jacks’ (Sebastian Roché) son, Jude, was in town.
Given Jerry Jacks’ history, Jude was likely to complicate Josslyn’s life.
Ric also noted that Jude claimed to be Phoebe’s biological father and wanted her back, but Sonny suspected Jude was merely after money.
When Sonny stated he would do anything to assist Brook Lynn, Ric hesitated, reminding him that he was no longer in “the business.”
Sonny placed a hand on Ric’s shoulder and replied, “Brother, this isn’t business; it’s personal.”
As Jude’s threats against the Quartermaine family continue, Sonny may become more involved.
Ava Dodged Alexis’ Questions
At Miller & Davis, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) informed Ava that Jerry’s son, Jude, claimed to be Phoebe’s father.
She asked Ava to connect her with Ethan Lovett (Christian Howard) for another paternity test to disprove Jude’s assertion.
When Ava suggested finding Ethan was unwise, a puzzled Alexis questioned if Ava was implying he had lied about being Phoebe’s father.
Ava, without confirming, cautioned that locating Ethan might not yield the desired outcome.
Alexis then revealed that the PCPD had discovered Brennan’s body.
When Ava pretended not to know, Alexis pressed her on why she hadn’t mentioned Jack’s death after their drinks the night he vanished.
Ava deflected, stating she needed their discussion protected by attorney-client privilege before hurrying away.
Trina Told Portia And Isaiah About Heather’s Return To Town
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) visited her mother at G.H. and informed Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) had returned to town.
An angry Portia dismissed the idea that Heather posed no threat, especially after Trina mentioned having a stalker, whom she suspected was Heather.
Isaiah suggested that the flowers and creepy fan site might belong to an obsessed fan, but both Trina and Portia were against Heather remaining in town.
Portia assured her daughter they would do everything possible to ensure Heather left Port Charles.
Anna Encountered Heather
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was surprised to see Heather at Bobbie’s.
Thrilled to see her “friend,” Heather shared that she had purchased Wyndemere to be nearer to her family in Port Charles.
She clarified especially Ace Cassadine (Kieran and Karis Barry), since Steve Webber (Scott Reeves) no longer wished to be with her.
Disheartened to find out that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) was in Ireland with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ace, Heather was nonetheless determined to reconnect with her grandson and make amends with those she had hurt.
Anna cautioned Heather against staying, warning that her involvement in Ace’s life could backfire as he entered his teenage years, possibly alienating Laura and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
Heather acknowledged Anna’s concerns but remained resolute about not wanting to lose any more time with her grandson.
Meanwhile, Heather’s Wyndemere purchase and return to Port Charles are already creating plenty of tension.
Annemarie’s Take
That bracelet photo certainly isn’t going to help Carly! And now that Sonny knows about Jude, I can’t wait to see what he does next. But Heather buying Wyndemere might be the biggest surprise of all. What do you think?
